My Review of Bobby Gale:
We went to Bobby Gale and found a van we liked. We talked with the salesman and got his "best price". I called my friend at the bank and found that the price was reasonable. We were about to start the paperwork when the salesman came back to us and told us the price he gave us was wrong. It was actually $2000 MORE.
I demanded to talk with Sales Manager. He wouldn't even come talk with us. I stopped by "the tower" on the way out and let them know what a bunch of chumps they were -- and reminded them that the $2000 bait & switch was going to cost them my business -- and that of everyone I could talk with about how my wife and I were treated. The Sales Manager had a "tough luck" attitude and wished us a nice day.
We went to Wilmington and bought a brand new van two weeks later. What's worse, I called the salesman back -- before we made the final deal -- and offered him a chance to beat the deal. He didn't even have the professionalism to call me back.

AVOID the BOBBY GALE DEALERSHIP in LORIS, SC!

My Review of Bobby Gale:
I didn't listen to friends who told me not to go there & I ended up getting treated awful!! Things were okay until the day we went to finish up some paperwork & found out someone else was test driving & were all of a sudden interested in the car we had already began paper work on.(the car had been there for a month) The sales guy tells us since we were first, we needed to hurry & get insurance taken care of & put a deposit down & they would hold it for us. As we were calling to get insurance info for the car right after he told us that, The sales guy comes up to us & tells us it just sold. Just like that! He was VERY unfriendly & unprofessional about it. He mentioned that another sales person sold it & added that "Some people have to make a living." We purchased a brand new car at a different dealership that same day & was treated like gold. I feel sorry for anybody that goes to Bobby Gale Dodge! The salesman also called us back a few hours later & wanted to know if we were still interested in the car. Obviously we were not & won't ever be doing business with them.
