My Review of Boch Dodge:
This is the worst company! They are out and out thieves! I brought my car in for an inspection on July 3, 2006. My car drove onto their lot with no problems.
Two hours later I'm told my car failed the inspection with "a major gas leak." The mechanic showed me that the car wouldn't even start and gas started pouring out from under the center of the car. He said my car was like this when I came on the lot!!! I pointed to where my car was parked and that there were no gas stains and he lied telling me that gas evaporates and doesn't leave any stains. Funny today August 8th a month later and the stain is still there from where the gas poured out all over the pavement!
When I spoke with Walter Pollock the Service Manager and told him that I held Boch Dodge responsible he threatened to call the police. I told him to call the police because they were crooks. He then told me to get my car off their lot or they'd push it out onto Route 1. This Pollock guy tried to bait me and said, "I wish you'd take a swing at me so I could really get you arrested!" When I told him I would sue for the cost of repairs he laughed at me and said, "go ahead." I have a witness to all of this.
The policeman came and caled a tow truck for me and it was the driver from Interstate Towing who discovered what happened. As he was hooking the front end up, he told me that the plastic gas line was crushed and that it had a hole right through it and that it was impossible for a car to start let alone drive in such a condition.
My insurance company wondered why I would even have taken my car there. They told me they have so many complaints from customers about the Boch dealerships that nobody should go there.
