We purchased a used truck from Bradshaw Auto Group.

At first, I had some concerns about a few items on this truck that needed to be repaired. Initially, I walked away from the purchase. I decided to address my concerns with management. I called and spoke with Miss Ann about my concerns. Miss Ann did a fabulous job of listening to my concerns which alleviated a lot of my frustrations, and she reassured me that the General Manager, Jeff Plunkett would be returning my call. Miss Ann was very professional and cordial to me at all times.

Jeff Plunkett did a fabulous job of convincing me that they wanted to earn my business. Jeff Plunkett was quick to rationalize the situation and offered to repair three of the four items that I was concerned about. After thinking about the issues and discussing them with my husband, we decided to have Bradshaw Auto Group repair two of the four items, and we wanted to haggle on the price for the other two items. Although, we did not get all that we wanted, we did get some concessions made in the price. We at that time, felt as if we were getting some compromise and decided to purchase the used truck. It only got better from there because, Jeff Plunkett, General Manager of Bradshaw Auto Group called me with some good news. He was able to save us an additional $200.00 on our purchase.

Don Abney, Internet Sales Consultant was handling the sales paperwork for us. Don Abney called me to gather the particulars in advance so when we came in to pick up the truck it was quick and painless. Don Abney was very professional, competent, and courteous at all times. My husband and I work for a living, so we appreciated his efforts to expedite the sales process. Don Abney walked us through our purchase literally from beginning to end. It was our pleasure to be guided through the sales with Don Abney.

We would like to add one thing, the purchase of the used truck was probably small potatoes in the grand scheme of your daily sales, but we were treated as if we where purchasing a brand new vehicle.

I purchased a pre-owned Acura MDX for my daughter and everything about the experience at Bradshaw was exceptional. Salesman Tony Bentley was great to work with - very accommodating, straight forward, no pressure and very helpful to my wife and daughter. I test drove cars at other dealerships in G'ville and there was no comparison with Bradshaw in Greer. Everything about the vehicle and the process was better than expected. I would definitely recommend Bradshaw, and specifically Salesman Tony Bentley, to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My experience with Bradshaw Automotive was outstanding and I have zero complaints. I had been looking for a Chevy Silverado and when I found the one at Bradshaw on Cars.com my Dad and I called the dealership to inquire about the truck. Earl provided excellent customer service and even took extra pictures of the truck to send to us. He was very upfront about the condition of the truck and took pictures of the few little dents and scratches to make sure we weren't surprised if we drove down to the dealership. We we're coming from NC and got there later in the evening but Earl and the staff stayed late to wait on us. When we got there, the truck was exactly as described and drove beautifully. I did find one issue in that the windshield washer fluid line was cut and had most likely been cut when they put in a new battery right before it was put on the lot. No problem, Earl had the part ordered for me at no cost to me and shipped it along with a replacement bulb cover for the license plate bulb directly to my house. Outstanding customer service and he made sure we got everything we wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership and Earl to anyone I know. Plus I love my truck!

They were friendly and stayed with us to answer questions while we were looking. They were very helpful and professional. they got the job done and we did not have to wait all day. It was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely come back and will recommend this dealership to other people.

Mr. Ernst was very helpful and professional. He helped us find the car we were looking for and made sure we knew how to operate everything before we left the dealership. Everyone of the employees that we met were very friendly and nice.

Craig Collins made our buying experience a real pleasure. Car dealers...especially used car dealers have a well known reputation. However, Craig went out of his way to answer every question, share every report we requested, and used no pressure at all. The only reputation I came away with from Bradshaw Automotive was one of quality, professionalism, and "Customer First Care." We cannot say enough about the professional way we were treated. We can honestly say that we made a friend when we met Craig Collins. Bradshaw Automotive is very fortuante to have Craig Collins on your sales staff.

We were introduced to Mr. Ernest Jones in the finance office. Right away we recognized his professionalism, his desire to explain every step in the finance process, and was very open to our questions about financing our vehicle. His knowledge about the GMC Extended Warranty for our 2007 Envoy SLT was excellent. It was a joy to meet Mr. Jones and to have him take care of the details of financing our purchase. As we said about Criag Collins the same is true for Ernest Jones...Bradshaw Automotive is very fortunate to have these fine gentlemen on your sales staff.

My wife stated this evening that if anyone wants to purchase a new or used vehicle they should go to Bradshaw Automotive in Greer, SC. We drove about 40 miles to your dealership. The weather was snowy and cold...but it was warm and friendly inside Bradshaw Automotive's Pre Owned sales department. The next time we are in the market for a new or used vehicle Bradshaw Automotive will be one dealership that we must visit.

I have been searching for a truck for quite a while. I believe in honesty and being forthright with what I want and can afford. I submitted an online inquiry, Earl got back to me right away, and we did most of the deal over the phone.I got to the dealership and everything took place the way he said it would, they didn't hassle me about extended warranties, or service plans or gap insurance, I think they respected my time and my ability to know what I wanted;a good reliable truck at a fair price, not to mention they gave me new tires and a 90 day warranty. I am very pleaded. I recommend this Dealership!

It was a pleasure working with Viktor Dzhur at Bradshaw Automotive of Greer to purchase my 2012 Buick Lacrosse CXL. I bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey from Bradshaws and Mr Bentley was a great salesman that worked with me on all parts of the sale.What got me the most was when I looked at the van ,before I said anything he was showing me places in the van that was going to be painted and seat that was going to be resewed.I will let all my friend know to go to to Mr Bentley to get a good deal.The finance manger was great and explained everything in detail to me.I will go back to them when in need of a car again.

We were very impressed with Mr. Abney. He was very informative concerning the truck we were interested in. We've called him several times to get more information concerning the truck we purchased, and he quickly returned my calls. They are willing to work with us with a slight problem with the truck and that impressed us very much. We certainly will recommend Bradshaw to friends.
