My Review of Brandow Chevrolet:
I WILL MISS BRANDOW CHEVROLETE DEALERSHIP BAD. I WAS HANDLED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THEY HELPED ME REBUILD MY CREDIT WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD GIVE ME A CHANCE. I LOVE MY CAR ( RED VIBE) AND WAS JUST GOING TO BUY ANOTHER WHEN I FOUND OUT THEY WENT UNDER. I WOULD LOVE TO CONTACT MY SALESMAN IF HE IS AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. A.P.B. My Review of Brandow Chevrolet:
These people are theives. When we called them on the overcharges, they said it was for additional diagnostic time. The only reasonable charge on the invoice was for the quarter mile towing. That was $43. Their hourly labor rate is $95. The car needed a new ignition. They charged 1 hour labor for diagnostic. Three hours for labor. Another $27 for new keys, and another hour labor for cleaning the fuel injectors. Chilton's guide says the ignition job should have taken 1.5 hours. Their response, oh, it took extra diagnostic time. At $95 an hour, they should be able diagnose a problem quickly. It shouldn't take 2 1/2 hours.

I have been dealing with Brandow Chevy for a long time and allways have great service with the service department and Jim Lynch has allways given me the best deal out there and has lead me in the right direction as far as financing and if I ever got in a jam he has allways stepped up to help me and advise me. I recommend alot of people to Jim and will do so in the future.

These people are criminals! Smile at you and tell you that you need this repair and that repair but in the end, you end up having the same problems over and over again. Then this idiot Supervisor Dave will tell you it's all about the "diagnostics". It's like they don't even use common sense in repairing vehicles anymore. These guys will perform service on your vehicle that is not needed! Unless you have a yearning to be ripped off...stay away from Brandow!

Larry is a very professional salesman. The car buying experience that I had with Brandow Chevrolet and Larry was wonderful.....I was able to purchase a brand new car with no money down, I have not so perfect credit (score in the 500's) and my car payment is in the range that I told them I could afford. I have referred many to Brandow Chevrolet and told them to be sure to see Larry Williams.....he is truely a man of his word.

So if you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle give Larry a call at Brandow Chevrolet! Tell him alynn sent you :-)

How about Fruad, deceitful practice, breach of contract, falsifying legal documents, and theft? If you'd like to deal with those, please by all means, take a ride on over to Brandow chevy. They will be more then happy to give you all that and more. I purchased a car from brandow, I was aproved that night, and signed the contracts with brandow, and with the bank that was financing me. Along with a hefty sum of down payment money. Less then three weeks later, they gave me a call saying the bank wants more information for the financing. (How can they want more info, if they already aproved the financing?) A bit strange, but i agree and get my father to give them the information needed. Two hours later, there is a tow truck repossesing my car. .. No warning... No reason... So, right after this, I call Frank Milano at brandow to ask why this happened, and wheres my down payment? First i was given the run around, then hung up on. My mother and father then called several times, and where instantly hung up on, by Frank, Lonnie, and other employees. Not to mention, those at brandow spoke to us in a rude and vulgar manor. Turns out, the bank had nothing to do with the repo. It was brandow. Also, according to the bank, brandow, as it seems, sent them falsified documents on us, to get us aproved, then told us we were. Then i assume, they attempted to trying and get the financing through our original documents, and couldnt get it done. When they found this out, they STOLE the car back, WITH all my personal belongings in it. Being that we have all the contracts with all signatures, and this to me, is THEFT, we have spoken with our attorney, and we are having him handle this mess from here. Please if anyone else had a problem with them, POST! I feel as we were not the only ones, and we will be setting up a Class action suit agaist them as well.
