My Review of Butler Chrysler and Jeep:
Ordered a 2005 PT Cruiser - Was told the deal was "written in
stone" (actual words of sales manager) and that the car would
be here in 3 weeks...
The car showed up 3 MONTHS later (only after a phone call
from me saying if it is not in by the end of the month I was
walking away) and they yanked the financing deal which was a
major incentive to buy in the first place (same sales manager
said witha straight face "whoever told you that was a liar - HE
told us that...My wife and I both looked at each other in disbelief).
Ordered a FACTORY installed roof rack...Went to pick up the car
and it had an aftermarket roof rack on it - Only THEN did the
dealer open his mouth and say "oh you can't get a factory rack
on this in a 2005". Plus they charged me $125 to bolt on the bolt
on rack...And they LOST the keys so I couldn't get it off!
No extra charge for losing the keys - and ZERO help getting the
rack off... I had to pick the locks on my own, drive back and
trade the tumblers in for a new set with keys, not even an "I'm
sorry about this " from anybody...
