My Review of Camelback Volkswagen:
Service is everything and Camelback Volkswagen sure came through for me. I was headed to California in an emergency situation when my car significantly lost power. I had to "abandon" my Golf at the dealership, as it was a Sunday afternoon and the service department was closed for the weekend. I left a note for the service rep. and was told to call him the following morning to give him the specifics on the power loss issue. At 5:30 a.m. I called the number to leave a message and Mr. Mike Miller answered the line! He was already well informed about the situation and stated that he would return my call as soon as he received word from his technician as to the problem. He did exactly as he stated in a timely manner. Additionally, he informed me of some outstanding recall work that was promptly taken care of as well as the power loss issue. I was able to pick my Golf up on my return to Arizona the following day without any difficulties, the price they quoted was the price they charged and my car had been cleaned inside and out! How refreshing it is to have such integrity with regard to aftermarket service.
Thank you Mike Miller and Nick Beauregard. Camelback Volkswagen sure gets my vote for the best service around.
