My Review of Canoga Jeep:
When I bought the Jeep, they played too many games with the lease payments. Kept giving me prices WITHOUT tax added. A buyer worries about his monthly payment, so just tell me what you want me to pay and we will work from there! Never had that problem anywhere else. They were pretty ticked when i was gonna walk out after 3 hours - but they made it work in the end. The deal would have been done if they stopped screwing around! Got a fair price in the end. The dealer is now a David Ellis Chrysler - not too thrilled with the customer service of the service dept. The dealer side might have improved however.

My Review of Canoga Jeep:
These are really nice sevice people. Had a recent experience where a part on my still under warrantee car was on back order (air conditioner motor) and they didnt know it when it would arrive. The part came in a week later and they never called. I called them after 3 wees and they said they didnt get it, so i called corporate to complain. All of a sudden the part was "put in storage" by accident and they called me to schedule an appt. That is pretty pathetic service. I like the people there, and they made a mistake, but waiting on hold for 10 minutes and being told BS is a problem. You should never have to call the corporate office to get someone to do something. They put the corportate customer service person on hold for over 10 minutes!!! General services are great, but communication seems to be a problem for them. They also charge too much for large interval services - charge you for the HEAVY usage service rather than the normal use. Watch out for that one folks!
