My Review of Century Ford:
Without getting my approval she had word done to my car which wasn't really a shock considering on a friends vehicle she lied to him about the total. She will try to sell you every fluid flush she can without ever having the fluid tested to see if you need it. Money hungry bitch is all that comes to mind. Don't waste your time with the service manager or the general manager because she must have some kind of dirt on them for them to look the other way.
If you have to use them ask for any service writer other then her!

My Review of Century Ford:
Bought a "NEW" '04 Eddie Bauer Expedition, was told mileage was high (700) because it was a dealer vehicle. Trying to sell it now, potential buyer ran CarFax and found I was not original owner. Century Ford had already titled the car once but the financing fell through, so they resold the car to me as NEW - not legal to do.

Hv approached Gen Mgr two times re: what dealership would do to make me happy. Over a week ago he told me he would talk to higher ups and contact me. I called two days ago - no return phone call. So tonight I went to the dealership and waited two hours for Gen Mgr to speak to me - was told that he was closing the books for the month of July and would be down when he could be - he never showed. Still waiting for this dealer to make me happy or am heading to Attorney General's office to take legal action against them.

If they had worked with me I could still have been a happy customer-they won't even return my calls, like if they ignore me I'll just go away. They made a mistake, they sold me a "USED" vehicle as a "NEW" vehicle and they need to take responsibility and not avoid the issue.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER - THERE ARE TOO MANY DECENT ONES OUT THERE, WHY BOTHER WITH CROOKED ONES?

My Review of Century Ford:
Bought 1995 Windstar van someplace else (not near my home). Transmission failed at 36,000 miles, and Century Ford (near my home) replaced it under warranty; but the new transmission failed
and had to be replaced again at 53,000 miles(still under warranty). About 63,000 miles van needed premature head gasket replacement. I returned to Century Ford and asked for their help in dealing with FORD Motor and getting assistance.
Century Ford refused to help me because I had only paid for one brake job there and hadn't spent enough money with them, just warranty repairs. So I took van to another Ford dealer who helped by contacting Ford Motor, and Ford agreed
to pay for entire repair (Ford later agreed to cover premature head gasket repairs for all owners of the 1995 Windstars). Guess what-- I never went back to Century Ford!! Why should you?
