My Review of Clear Lake Ford:
My truck quit running and it was towed in. It is a diesel and they didn't know what was wrong with it. They said the fuel filter may be gummed up since it was so cold and that the fuel filter probably needed changing. I said if it is gummed up - change it. It was not gummed up but they still changed it anyway. Cost est. $120 which was not needed. Nearly one hour for a fifteen minute job which I do all the time. They called the factory and and the factory said to change my oil. It was too thick for this cold weather ( -14 degrees ). They charged my $ 126 labor to change the oil which I also do in about 30 minutes top. They took advantage from someone out of town.
