My Review of Courtesy Chrysler:
After making an appointment to have new tires installed and sitting in the waiting area for over three hours I was informed that they could not install my tires. I was also told that I should go back to the store where I purchased my 'after market' tires to have them installed.

Only problem is that the tires are stock and came with the car and the car (SRT8) was purchased from Courtesy less than a year ago at the time. I'm still waiting on a resolution for the pieces of loose trim on the car.

My Review of Courtesy Chrysler:
1. Fix: Replace the serpentine belt on car. Regular maintenance<br> Problem: The pulley on the air conditioner compressor brakes off.<br> 2. Fix: replace defective multi-function wiper switch.<br> Problem: AC/Heater door makes noise everytime the car is<br> started.<br> 3. Fix: Flush transmission<br> Problem: Oil light comes on, oil pan is not secure, motor has less <br> than 2 quarts of motor oil in it.<br> 4. Problem: Can not trust mechanics.<br> Fix: Find a new shop
