My Review of Crown:
Katie was excellent. The car was for my wife. We buy them and keep them for about a decade so don't purchase often. We researched the price on edmonds.com - the TSV - and shopped around. We wanted to buy locally. We made a deal they found the color and interior we wanted and had it at the dealership within a few days (much faster than we expected). The night of the final paper signing there was a little bit of an effort to make sure we did not pay more than agreed to but no gaming a pressure that I read about in new car deals. They matched an excellent interest rate that we qualified for at our credit union and we drove home satisfied. <br><br>The one area of improvement would be when we went to look at colors - a second visit just to make sure that is what she wanted, Katie was not there and another sales person came out to help us. We spent more time with that than we wanted and we started talking price again - my wife wanted to stick with Katie and was uncomfortable - it was not a big deal but we would have been much more comfortable if we had not gone through that again.
