My Review of DCH Mazda:
Although I am happy with the vehicle I purchased, I was the one who did all the work to make this sale happen. My salesperson knew very little about the car and the finance manager kept pushing me to buy additional options and take financing. Finally, the customer service is atrociouos! Telephone calls were never returned and everyone pased the blame to someone else. It was only through my own tenacity that the problem was solved. There was absolutely no accountability taken by the salesperson, sales manager or fiance manager. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership!

My Review of DCH Mazda:
We visited this dealer twice in our search for a new Mazda. They offered us a very low price on our tradein. ( We got over double at another dealer). We sat with the salesman for over two hours and never got a concrete offer on financing, even after filling out a long form. They wouldn't give us a tradein price until we signed a form with a bunch of questions. Never again. They also gave us a higher price on dealer installed options than we ended up paying. <br>Don't waste your time.

My Review of DCH Mazda:
One of the very few dealerships to understand how Internet sales should be conducted. They responded to Internet price inquiry with no gimmicks or attempts to bring me to the dealership to &quot;talk about the best deal&quot; as most of the others did. Instead, I received prompt response with clearly itemized price of the exact car that I was looking for. Not to mention that price was much lower than any other comparable offer. They had the car in stock so we exchanged required information over the fax and after few days I went to pick up the car. It took less than one hour to finalize the paperwork and get me into the new vehicle. My best car buying experience ever!
