My Review of Dale White Motors:
I took my recently purchased 2007 Dodge mega cab cummings 3500 to be serviced for a loud thunking sound when the truck was accelerating up. We had not had any problems in the first three weeks of owning this truck. I took the truck in oct 6th for this thunking sound and it turned out to be a bolt had sheared off in the torque converter messing up the torque converter, the starter and flex plate. After taking two and a half weeks to replace that I received the truck back Thursday night Oct 22, in the process of driving it home it would not shift from 2nd to 3rd without revving the motor up to red line. Thinking this was a fluke I took it home and drove it late Friday night where it would not shift correctly once again. So I took the truck back on Monday morning Oct 26th. After a total of 23 days at the dealership the truck is still not up and running yet. The service department instead of getting the truck parts shipped each time (after replacing the different parts all the time) in a timely manner they just ground ship everything so it sits for 3-4 days waiting for a different part. Now the service manager has lied to us on the history of the truck and what has happened to it to say the vehicle has had nothing but problems in the past and that is why the truck went to auction. Well we know this is untrue as we have contacted the previous dealership and talked to the service techs that have serviced this truck in the past and have a copy of all the service records on the truck. We also know the previous owner traded this truck to the dealership we purchased this truck from for a newer model (they did not purchase this from an auction). The truck did not have a shifting problem before they worked on it and they are dragging this out for as long as they can make it. We weren't offered a rental car as our warranty states we are eligible for one until we insisted on it for a trip we needed to make. There is no end in site and I am at my wits end I hope that someone reads this and thinks twice about letting this dealership work on a vehicle they need to have serviced if you haven't purchased it from them. It is too bad we don't have a reliable dealership for Dodge Trucks here in Elko, Nevada.

My Review of Dale White Motors:
This is the worst dealer I have ever had to deal with. I had heard about how bad there service department and there customer service was from a lot of people. I live here in Elko, Nevada and instead of buying here i drove an hour and a half to LIBERTY (chrysler, jeep, and dodge) in Winnemucca. Phone number is (775)623-5005. They will go out of their way to get your business and they will beat Dale White's prices by a mile. They have taken care of me after the sale and i will be buying from them again. I had a problem with my Jeep Commander and took it in to get looked at in Dale White. I was charged 100.00 dollars and they told me it would be about another 500.00 or more just for labor to get into the transfer case and see what my front end problem was. I had to load the jeep on a trailer and haul it to Winnemucca to get it fixed. I dropped it off at LIBERTY dealership and they fixed it in two days. My front end problem that Dale white said i had turned out to be just a bad speed sensor. The speed sensor was replaced for $27.99. Ive had the Jeep back for two weeks and no problems. So its up to you pay a lot, get bad service and bad warranty work or shop some where else.

My Review of Dale White Motors:
We have purchased two cars from this dealership in the past 3 years and are about to buy our third. We wouldnt consider going anywhere else as they have always treated us fair and make sure we get the best deal possible and they dont pressure you like the custom at most car dealership. The selection of cars is always far above what others can offer. Whenever I kear of someone looking to purchase a new car I always send them to Dale White Motors in Elko.
