My Review of Day Baum Blvd Dodge:
I dealt with the finance department trying to tell me that I needed to come in and re-sign paperwork. I found out that this was only because the other bank probably gave them a kick back. They tried to negotiate lower monthly payments for filling out more paperwork. It went from $2.00 a month to $6.00 a month. If they can go from these two amounts then why can't they go $50.00 a month. I refused to re-sign any paperwork and they were able to stay with the bank that I originally signed for. When I first got the call, Fran tried to tell me that the bank that I originally signed for was going to raise my rates. I found out that this all was a lie. When my partner returned a part to my mitsubishi to Fran this is what happened. After waiting for a few minutes while finishing up with his conversation with another customer, Fran turned to him and said "what do you want." My partner walked out really upset. Fran came running to the car and tried to make an excuse that he thought that he was one of his reps. If this is a way that someone talks to someone when we just spent 2 hours signing paperwork in his office, that means he has poor customer service skills. David, who was my dealer promised that if I had any problems with my car, then he would personally come and pick up my car and make sure that it gets taken care of. I only have 200 miles on my car and there is a problem with the ignition already. I called David and asked if he would stick to his word and get me taken care of. He said sure. Call back with the information and time and I will be there. Again, another way to get a car sold. I called him and left a message on his voice mail with all the information. I never heard from this dealer again. I went from a foreign car to an american car because of the economy. This was the biggest mistake of my life. I never had any problems with Nissan or Mitsubishi. I recommended this dealer at the very beginning to a few friends. I will make sure that everyone I speak to will never buy a car from this dealership ever. I am writing a letter to the company about my experience. Purchasing a new car should be a fun experience. If you really want that then I wouldn't recommend coming here.
