My Review of DiBlasi Ford:
Took my car in because the "check engine light" was on. I have an old Ford Windstar with about 89K miles on it. It took them a while to "diagnose" the problem and charged me about $400 for replacement of parts. After picking up the van, it didn't take me that long to figure out that the problem was not solved (actually, it was worse). The engine was hesitating badly so I returned it to them. Long story short, they told me a few days later that the engine was bad and could not be repaired. WTF? I don't understand why they couldn't have figured that out before they charged me the $400? And to think that all they had to do was drive the van around the block to determine that they didn't actually fix the problem in the first place. I don't know what kind of mechanics work in that place, but it totally shattered my confidence of that place. If you're keeping your car short term, then Ford's ok, but long term, stay away. My van had 2 (not 1, but 2) transmission repairs. The first one happened when the van only had 60K miles! Why can't american car dealers make cars that actually are worth the money you are paying for them?

My Review of DiBlasi Ford:
I went to get my car to fix because was de only one that was available at that time , because has a noice in the front side.
The Service manager are telling me that my car warranty can no be covered because was a devry that hit the car and it is not warranty for the job. which is not thrue. I had 2 babies and did you think I'm going to put them At risk for this crap. Bunch of liers

In pluss they had my car starting Thursday at 7:00 am and the receipt sys that will be ready 8:17 next day. being friday at 3:52 PM no calls from them when I left a message that I was on my way they call me and toll me that I have to wait until Monday for the manager. I call monday expecting the manager to be at 7:00 am because he left at 3:00 in friday but not. he comes at 9:00 Am to wait for the manager to speak with him personally. Sorry for me that I had to wait until lunch time and see what he is going to said.
They think that I dont have a job and then I can leave at any time.
