My Review of Diamond Chevrolet:
my 2009 silverado with 3000 miles was towed in after having motor trouble on the mass pike, the service writer was nice and helped me to get a rental, they found a very serious problem with the motor and had to have it rebuilt and major parts replaced, when i went to pick up my truck they had test drove it for 1 mile, yes 1 mile after rebuilding the motor, then i heard a rattling in the engine compartment and found they had left tools in my engine bay. 4 days later i experienced the same problem why it was originally towed in and they broke a sparkplug while rebuilding the motor which cause me to sit on the side of the highway for 1.5 hours. Seems like they have an unqualified service dept / techs working on $40k + vehicles and they lack the attention to detail needed to get the job done correctly

I STOPPED BY DIAMOND CADDY/BUICK OUT OF THE BLUE ONE DAY AND LEFT WITH TWO BRAND NEW VECHICLES A CADDY ESCALADE AND A BUICK LACROSSE, KEVEN AND BOBBY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY FOR ME IT WAS THE BEST BUYING EXPERANCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD PERIOD, I DONT GIVE DIAMOND AUTO GROUP A 5 IGIVE THEME A 15. THANKS AGAIN BOBBY AND KEVIN

My Review of Diamond Chevrolet:
Very positive experience for us. The nicest of all the dealers. And the sales process was relaxed and NOT high pressure. Although I warned them right from the start that I had a bad experience at 3 other dealers I had visited that week.

We bought a new AVEO- low profit car to them I guess and they treated us like royalty and gave us a fair price. What the service dept is like I can't say. But as far as the sales area it was very poitive- Fall 2007
