My Review of Douglas County Dodge:
I have taken my 2006 Dodge Ram to Douglas County Dodge several times for warranty repairs and service work. Every time I am there the service and sales staff always makes me feel right at home. I enjoyed the friendly atmoshere so much I have bought two vehicles from the dealer and they are the only people that service my vehicles. I would recommend anyone who owns a Dodge that lives in the area to give them a try.

My Review of Douglas County Dodge:
We scheduled a routine check-up and paid the price. The suggestions of >$700 of brake repair was made. A second opinion visit to another national repair chain revealed the quote was $400 too much. DCD wanted $287 for a $20 part.

We have been told that for the $715.06 tune-up fee we got about $400 worth of parts and labor.

The last time we had work there the technicians damaged the car. (Most recently the door panel was broken when the window was repaired.)

I can never recommend DCD for even an oil change!
