My Review of Driver's Way:
I thought my time at Driver's Way in Pelham was going to go well. I filled out an online application, I got a response the very next business day to come in and value my trade. The internet department emailed me and encouraged me to come in. I came in at noon on Saturday, test drove two cars and sat down at about 1:30pm to wait on financing (THAT I ALREADY APPLIED FOR). I received my answer at 4:30PM that I did not qualify for their financing. This would have been great, but why couldn't they tell me that 6 days earlier when I filled out an online credit app? VERY MISLEADING and DECEPTIVE! I Will NEVER recommend Driver's Way. They wasted my time and embarassed me. Please do not deal with these people. I have been approved at three other places, but wanted to come in due to their internet staff encouraging me to come in. What a VERY POOR business practice!

My Review of Driver's Way:
Dealership claims to simplify the buying process with no-haggle pricing. Only problem is that there is no wiggle room, whether on the trade in or purchase. The price on the sticker, is the price you'll pay - even if it's higher than NADA, Blue Book, & Black Book. A great idea for those choosing to finance, bad idea for those paying with cash!
