I couldn't be happier with my experience at Durand. Sal takes all the anxiety out of car shopping, so honest and never pushy. I have purchased my last 5 vehicles with Sal and each experience has been the same, excellent! I can count on Sal with any future problems with my car should any arise. He makes it feel like I am part of the family! Thank you for the great service!

My Review of Durand Chevrolet:
I brought my car into the dealership to have my transmission fluid changed and to have the lock on the passenger rear door checked. The door had suddenly stopped locking/unlocking causing me an issue with getting my new baby in and out of the car. I knew I needed to get this fixed but had been scared about the cost of the repair as friends had told me that the door had to be taken apart to fix the issue. The car is about 30K over its warranty so I knew that this was a repair I would have to take care of on my own.

When I got to the dealer, I met with Josh (who was super-nice) and when I talked to him about the door repair told me that there may be something that GM could do to help me with correcting the lock.

It ended up that, though my car was outside of the warranty period, GM paid for the majority of the repair and the new parts were now under warranty for a year.

If Josh hadn't looked into this, I would have paid the full amount for the repair and never had known that this option (GM Goodwill Repair) was available to me. I appreciate the effort he put in and his customer service skills.

This was my first visit to the Durand dealership and I will definitely be going back for future maintenance/repairs.

Very clean dealership. Rob, Mark and Joe were very friendly and attentative. Everything went as smooth as possible. There were no pushy tactics used. I will be recommending Durand Chevrolet to anyone I know looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My Review of Durand Chevrolet:
Did not purchase my 2012 Camaro at Durand, but that didn't matter to them, they treated me like I would expect to be treated if I were a long time customer, or even a family member. Service demeanor, approach and results are excellent. They are very competent and caught issues and offered other advice which was very accurate. My only regret is that I did not purchase the car from them in the first place, but will in the future. I base most of my opinion of dealers on their service department and they don't disappoint.

They offer a very cordial drive-home service AND PICK UP AS WELL! This is outstanding and a real differentiator.

7th vehicle purchased from Durand. Does that tell you something?? Sal is everything a sales person should be. Never pushy, knowledgeable, makes sure you have/know everything you need, cuts to the chase - 'nuff said. I've speced & ordered most of the vehicles w/ Rick, ...better to wait some & get exactly what you want. Hit the build cycle just right, one month & a day from order to delivery. Why go anywhere else? Had our first experience w/ Joe M. the biz mgr, professional - easy going - def a "people person", an asset to Durand Chevrolet.

My Review of Durand Chevrolet:
Brought my boss' van in to a local garage for an inspection sticker. They said something was wrong with electrical system and to take the van to a dealer 'cause it was under warranty. I drove to Duand, spoke with Dave Pepin who told me the '08 van was no under warranty but because it had low mileage of 9,575 they'd take a look and warranty it. All it was was just a fuse!

Dave had me in and out of the dealer in less than 15 minutes.

I've never been to this dealer before but I will definitely come here when we buy our next van.

My Review of Durand Chevrolet:
This was my first purchase at Durand. I bought my previous Chevrolet at another dealer, but was never satisfied with the quality of service. I began servicing my vehicle at Durand and was pleased with their efficiency and quality of work. When I was in the market for a new Equinox, I did my research and found that they had the vehicle I wanted at a lower internet price than other local dealers. I contacted a very personable Mike Peloquin, who guided my through the process. Bob Morrill gave me a trade-in price that was right in line with what I expected. All paperwork was processed quickly and Joe Mazzapica explained warranty and service options concisely. This was one of the least stressful car buying experience I've ever had. I now have a quality vehicle that should last for years, and when the time comes to trade it in, I will definitely return to Durand Chevrolet.
