My Review of Esserman International Kia:
I went in and Alvaro greeted me. He was very patient and had answeres to all of our questions. We had gone in just to get a quote and with no problem he gave us a quote and a great one might i add. We specifically told him that we were not going to buy a car and he proceeded to help us. After revieing the quote, we told him that we would think about it. The next day we went in and bought the car for the quoted amount. From the begining he was friendly and told us what could be done and what couldn't be done. I found that he was fair and responded honestly. He was very informed about the rebates and knowledgeable about the cars that he sells. I was impressed and i felt that i was dealing with a friend and not a salesman.<br><br>Thank you and looking forward to doing business with again, <br><br>Ana
