My Review of Falore's Serramonte Jeep:
I bought my Jeep from this dealership as new from the factory and have had it in the shop for repairs 10+ times as well (it's a 2004). This time I am completely appalled at the level of service given to me. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning for regular service and to check on a problem I had been having with starting the car. I didn't get my car back until Thursday. They had been doing a lot of work- some wear and tear and then some major work that my warranty still covered. They noticed that there were 2 nails in one of my tires. The service advisor told me that they don't usually repair tires but they would go ahead and patch it for me this time (free of charge even). I picked up my car and then the next day after work, my tire was completely flat. I had to call a tow service to change my tire out for me. I called and spoke with the service advisor and he promised me that they would take care of the charges I incurred from the tow company. He told me I could bring my car in the next day so they could try to patch it again. I went in the next morning and spoke with the MANAGER and he looked at my tow/ tire change receipts and assured me that he would take care of it. (I decided to just buy a new tire.) Tomorrow will make it a week in which I haven't heard from anyone and my calls have not been returned. I've been in and out of that service shop to know that their committment is not to customer satisfaction and I would not recommend them to anyone.

My Review of Falore's Serramonte Jeep:
DO NOT BUY FROM SERRAMONTE JEEP!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!! My friend had to lemon law his new Jeep Wrangler. The car was in the shop for over 300 days, due to a check engine light. They said the engine light was on, becuase my friend had a $6000 lift kit installed and a set of $2000 wheels. He has been an automotive technician for over 20 years. While it was in the shop, they accidentally shattered his rear window. They tried to wipe it up with a rag and ended up scratching the paint. They had the rear repainted, but the color was off and there was over spray all over the lenses and bumper. The car had to be repainted two additional times, before the color was right. After over a year of complaining he ended up suing them. Jeep had to buy the car back. He now drives a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and will never take it back to Serramonte jeep again.
