My Review of Five Star Dodge Jeep Inc:
Dishonest, Pushy, Changed the asking price once we went into the finance office. Made repair promises that were not kept after the vehicle was purchased. Even after we signed we had to re-sign the following week because the dealership manager did not approve the paperwork. Had to drive 40 miles to this dealership 6+ times in 2 weeks to attempt to resolve.

My Review of Five Star Dodge Jeep Inc:
Horrible service! We purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, which we will never purchase from again. The purchasing of the vehicle went okay (we got a pretty good deal on both vehicles). They then tried to screw us by telling us there was no way we'd be able to get a loan on 2 used cars even w/ a cosigner, and tried to get us to buy a smaller new car (similar to the size we just traded in) which we needed a larger car. We just left, and went and got the loan just fine with our credit union. Then when we had a problem with the bank letting our check bounce (when we had overdraft protection) 5 Star leaves us a rude threatening message stating if they don't get a hold of us in time they will contact the proper authorities and we'd goto jail... (I was at work where they did get a hold of me just fine.)

My Review of Five Star Dodge Jeep Inc:
To Whom It May Concern:

My wife and I have recently purchased a 2004 Sebring GTC on September 30 from 5 Star Dodge Chrysler in Macon Georgia. We discovered that when it rains and it does that quite often here in Georgia that the windshield becomes spotty and mirror like making it so you cannot see through it, especially when the light from on coming traffic causes a glare. We took it back to the 5 star service department and they first said the windows were dirty but after a thorough cleaning, with Windex and soapy water and steal wool, the problem still existed. We took it back to the service department a second time and they finally were able to see that there is something wrong not only with the front windscreen but the back window as well. Then they said it was acid rain. Well this vehicle is parked in a garage unless it’s being driven and you can’t safely drive it in the rain. If there is any damage due to acid rain it occurred while it was sitting in the lot and was defective prior to our purchase. After my wife refused to leave until they did something about the windshield they said that this is not covered by the warranty unless it is a defect and they would have to call the factory rep to get authorization. The service manager said she could wait for the factory rep to call back which she declined, because she had been there for 5 hours one of our kids got stranded at the bus stop and the other two were now home from school alone, or he would call her as soon as he heard anything. The next day came and there was no call. So I called the service manger myself. He then said that we would have to wait until December 20th or 21st for the factory rep to see it and declare it a defect. Well we bought the vehicle new and it has about 3,500 miles on it now. We have brought this to the attention of the service department a couple of times starting sometime the middle of November. This is not only a defect in the glass but it is a safety problem. We have a brand new vehicle that we cannot drive when it rains because you cannot see.
