My Review of Framingham Saab:
Bait and switch - Refused to replace a faulty part without replacing a recently replaced part for an additional $1000.
Charged me for an incomplete job and left me with a broken car to have towed to another shop. Refused to accept a coupon that was mailed to me from Saab a few days before.
