My Review of Ganley Parma Imports:
Having recently dealt with Ganley Parma Imports service manager(JOHN),was the most irritating,aggravating service situation my wife & I have ever had to deal with!! He was rude, condescending, obnoxious, & totally UNPROFESSIONAL for a person in his position!!!! How he retains his employment with Ganley confounds us. (Re; check engine light) The General Manager was never available to voice our concerns.
