My Review of Giuffre Mazda of Bay Ridge:
bought a use 2007 Mazda CX 9 and I have to say that dealing with this dealer has been my wrost buying experience. First the sales manager (Rudy Treminio) is the rudest person that I have met is the selling industry, don't want to listen to customers concern issues ECT. The finance dept surprise at the end of the deal with a $2000.00 dealers fee and I was told by them that this is for accusation fee witch is 150 points inspection witch is they will use part of the money for any maintenance that the car needed such as oil change wiper blade, any major issues but this is supposed to be a certified vehicle. This is BS. Within 2

Days I took it back for brake, suspension, windshield washer nozzle missing and the blue tooth were lock. They gave me a song and a dance finally I took it to their shop they did not provide me with a car loaner when I call the General sales manager (Chris Arato) I left him a message at around 10:00am to call me back he never did, I call the next day and he gave the same treatment, so they charged me $2000.00 fee for what, they a bunch of [violative content deleted] WHATCH OUT. It cost me one-day car rental and when I got the car back the only thing they did was the brakes. When I call the service dept to ask what happen with the rest of the work (suspension, windshield washer nozzle) Manager never call me back as I expected.

This dept took for a walk around the park. I hope that could help some people that are looking to do business with this dealer. I work for a Fortune 500 Company in New York where we have 7500 employees and I passed on my bad experience. Stay way from this dealer. with that I also purchased the extended warranty for $3000.00.until 3 weeks ago when we had the snowstorm I found out that the AWD system does not work.

I call the dealer schedule an appointment, when I go for service GUESS WHAT. I don't have warranty coverage. I call (COMPASS) the warranty company to find out why I'm not in record when purchased this warranty in SEP 2009. They told me that Giuffre Mazda has not process any document or any information about this purchase. My question, where is the $3000.00 Dollars. But it gets better I call Giufrre Mazda on 01-04-2010 and I speak with the sales rep (Stefanie G) She pass me on to (Rudy Treminio). I tell him what's going on and when I tell him whom I am, he makes a funny comment (Oh this the guy that wrote the funny article about us) No customer service skills. He tells me I have to take it with finance dept. (MOE). When I talk to Moe he stated that he doesn't know was going on for me call him back in an hour. I call back tells me that he has no information yet to call back in 10 minutes. I call back, same scenario. I call him the next day, he tells me to call back in 10 minutes. I call back, he tells me call me back tomorrow. I call the next day GUESS WHAT" HE`S OFF. I'm going into the second week now no results, but why do I have to chase him down for this, I feel with all the rights as a customer that this matter should be one of his priority. Then he argues with me. I told him that I'm not going to chase you down for this and that he's Talking like he's doing me a favor. This dealer is a joke with rudeness I will advise potential buyers stay away go else where, where they will treat you with respect. I'm dealing with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, and And Someone that I can't mention in this review.

(RUDY AND MOE) In the selling industry there's 5 Rules For Handling Objections.

1) Be Interested, (2) Be positive, (3) DON`T ARGUE, (4) Don't run Away; (5) Don't Take it Personally. God gave us two ears and one mouth, Listen more than what you talk.

My Review of Giuffre Mazda of Bay Ridge:
Firts of all DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.
This Guys promised me they had a Mazda 3 GT I wanted. and we negotiated a price, so I give them 500.00 dollars. The week after, they didn't have the car and wanted me to pay more money for fees.
I wanted my money back after I saw this reviews and they never even answer calls, its really hard to get back to them after they grab your money!! its amazing.

Guys you should go to CONSUMER AFFAIRS because this dealer shouldn't be on business anymore.

The manager RUDDY is really NASTY! Please Stay away from him and this dealer for your own good.

My Review of Giuffre Mazda of Bay Ridge:
i saw their adds of 2002 hyunday santa fe on yahoo auto few days ago i ask information by email to them, and a lady named reese call me on friday ,told me that they having a 35% off and no payment for 4 month, she ask me to come to see the car, sounds like a good offers, so i came on saturday sept 12.
Before i go i call them first and speak with reese,i ask about the availability of the car,she said it still available,so i came.
when i arrive i call her again, she said she will come down to see me,i waited few minutes there, and a guy named mike came to me,he said that reese is on the phone and he will help me,so i ask him about the car, then he ask me to come with him to the parking lot next to the building,he said that the car might not available anymore, then i ask him to check it for me,he ask me to wait. After i wait there for A WHILE,i came inside again and ask for reese to a girl that i believe work there, she pointed a lady in the back and said thats reese,so i came to the back to see that girl,i greet her and ask for reese, she ask me what happened?i tell her that spoke with reese i asking for the 2002 hyundai santa fe,then she call one of her co-worker to help me,to bad i forgot to ask this guy's name.
I gave him a list of the 2002 hyundai santa fe with 3 others car that i saw on their website,he ask me to wait.Few minutes later he came back to me and said those 4 car has gone, then i say..wow so fast i just call before i go and the car still available,he answered me with high, unfriendly tone and say "listen we have four store it can go very fast".
and again with unfriendly tone he offers me a 2001 honda,i feel offended so i just say no and went home.

my summary are :
1.i ask reese about the car before i go and she said it still available, but when i came there she doesn't even want to see me(hei..you made me come there girl, you with your offers)or actually that car never available, they just want me to come...???
2.that guy mike..he cant just disappeared
3.the last guy are the worst, with his unfriendly tone....
4.i live in elmhurst, queens.it took me 1.5 hours to get there and 2 hours to get home by subway on saturday...so its so wasting my time...

i dont think i will come back to that place,or recommend them to a friend.....

My Review of Giuffre Mazda of Bay Ridge:
This was by far the worst expericence i've ever had with buying a vehicle. They used poor sale techniques and it was an on going battle with them for over year from false promises they made. They'll promise you the world to make a sale but wont go through with the deal. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!

My Review of Giuffre Mazda of Bay Ridge:
it was a pleasant experience. car buying is never really a fun process, however i must say, the lady i dealt with felt genuine and true. i felt like i could see myself coming back to buy another down the road from her. she kept it simple and i really didn't feel like i was being pushed into something. i would say i could surely recommend a friend to her. overall, they have a tiny little place, but they'll get you what you want and discount it accordingly. i read alot of bad reviews, and what you people have to realize is that if you go in there thinking youre going to get screwed, than you will - but if you in with the right attitude and bring your salesperson down to your level and talk to them like a human being, not your servant, you'll see they find it pleasurable to help you, and in turn you'll get something out of it.

My Review of Giuffre Mazda of Bay Ridge:
Wanted to get a new Mazda for lease. They didn't have one on the lot so they had to "get one" for us to test drive. Needed a $500 deposit to get the car, I signed a statement saying it was a non-binding sale and totally refundable. During the visits to the dealership, salesperson would grow frustrated with financial questions, leave for 15 minutes at a time, throw his pen out of frustration, and would not give specific numbers for the transaction.

After I was not approved for leasing the vehicle, I was then pressured into buying the vehicle. I did not want to buy it, and when I asked for my deposit back, they refused and said since they had bought the car for me to test drive, I wouldn't be getting it back. However, it's their word against our written contract and needless to say, the credit card company gave me my deposit back and so did the dealership after many phone calls. Don't go to these jerks.

By far the most pleasant experience I've had in my car buying history. No lowball prices , no scams....after shopping their competitors they were a few dollars more but worth every penny. I will be a loyal customer and send you many more. Thanks Stef!

They made me sign empty papers, after three years of phone calls, faxes, e-mails I still havent received even single invoice with a number for my trade-in value. Managers treat you like shit, run your credit card however they want. STAY AWAY AND NEVER DEAL WITH THOSE PEOPLE. WARN YOUR FRIENDS!

My Review of Giuffre Mazda of Bay Ridge:
i went to lease mazda cx9 on july/08 and they convinced me to buy car for 6 months and pay 736 a month and keep the millage under 6000 miles then they will transfer it to lease with much less payment around 300 to 325 dollars for 20 months. i went to them on 12/6/08 to change my contract to lease as they promised me and the mangar completly denied all the promises and said i can not do that it is immposible and i do not know what to do with this too much payment for 5 years.
it was not only me, they told a frienfd of mine to do the same thing but he refused because of their bad reputation.
