My Review of Grossinger Volvo:
Roger is the primary salesperson and was the least pushy salesperson I have ever experienced (I was actually hoping for a little cat and mouse, but it never came). He is an ex-mechanic and really knows his stuff. An extremely pleasant buying experience from him.

"Johnny K" is the sales manager (the "let me talk to my manager" guy). He didn't bother my experience with Roger at all until we were talking final sale.

Both Roger and Johnny K stayed 1 hour past closing (until 10pm) to answer questions my wife and I had. We bought car the next morning.
