My Review of Hampden Dodge:
I leased a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan and got a pretty good deal from the start. Problem was after I signed the lease contract this dealer contacted me 3 times after saying they made mistakes with the lease contract. They then had to send runners out on 3 seperate occasions to my job to have me sign new agreements 3 times for whatever reason I have no idea. Then when I got the car on the lot it wouldn't start and it had to be jumped. Since then I have had numerous electrical problems and had to be jumped at least 8 times in two years. I also have had mechanical problems with the defrosters, ABS system and Airbag system. When trying to get the warranty service work done they are closed at the service dept 45 minutes before their posted hours and will not service the vehicle other than oil changes on Saturdays...very inconvenient. To top it off they do not offer loaner service for warranty work leaving you without wheels while they perform warranty labor and parts which is a big inconvenience. I called an a Thursday once for warranty work and they couldn't look at the car until the following Monday. Overall it is a big inconveniance to not have an option of a loaner for WARRANTY repairs. Very bad customer service from this dealer period.

My Review of Hampden Dodge:
Bought a Saturn there and it broke the next day. Brought it back and waited there for 3 hours to get it back broken again. Brought it back several times, it would be temporarily fixed and then break again (bucking, not wanting to move). Finally it broke again so I just brought it to a Saturn dealership. The mechanic said the problem was cracked spark plug wires and that the last person that maintenanced the car pulled on them too hard when changing them. Had to pay $85 for that.
