My Review of Hayward Chevrolet:
Had a printed price quote, a credit card deposit on the car, and had discussed the price over the phone. On the way down to the dealer I called the salesperson and started hearing lies about the price. Called the manager and was told it was a misunderstanding and got an exact out the door price down to the penny. The salesguy called back angry then hung up when I asked for a manager. I called the manager back and she refused to honor the price. Third new GM vehicle in a year and had never had a problem with a dealer before.
