This is the only dealership worth a serious buyers time to associate with. James and his team epitomize "excellence in customer service/satisfaction". The guys know how to treat a customer the way one should be treated when purchasing a luxury vehicle. They don't waste your time. It is all about the facts, truth and no nonsense. I highly recommend anyone considering purchasing an Infiniti to make the trip to Herb Chambers. I drive 90 miles (1.5 hours) for them to get my business. It is that worth it.

I have brought my car to get serviced a couple times now and the few times I have visited the employees were extremely kind and respectful and went above and beyond to ensure my need were met. Both time I brought my car in to be serviced I was helped by Nigel who ensured me that everything would be taken care of and both time has done just that. I just wanted to thank the employees of Herb Chambers Infiniti for all their help and respectful attitudes, I will gladly continue to bring my car to be serviced at this location because of the outstanding and dedicated service I receive every time I visit. I also wanted to thank Shirad and Alex who also work at the service deck for assisting me when Nigel was busy with other customers.

I highly recommend Herb Chambers Infiniti in Boston for both leasing a car and for service. The car is wonderful to drive as well. The staff is very accomodating and this is my second Infiniti and I am very happy with this car too. The staff answers any questions you may have in an honest and helpful manner and the service is always up to date on diagnostics and follow through.

I've always owned Hondas - always try to use the Dealers for service. They came recommened. I've had all types of service - Good/Bad & Ugly. Bringing my car back here next time. In a nutshell - the service was good. I went in for 90K service Not cheap, but they did the job and gave me back the car at the promised time. Hassle free. They explained what they were doing, and took time to explain why I needed a little extra. It was a fair price and the car's like new. Didn't feel pressured because the staff's friendly. They actually answer your questions and that makes a big difference.

First, I got an appointment at a time that was convenient to me. Found the staff courteous and professional. They explained the service (brake job/tune up) they had to do and answered my questions fully (and I had many!) Price was decent. Car runs well now-happy with the work done!

I think the service guys there really go out of their way to help me,my lease is about to expire and i will lease another fx from them because of the service dept. My only issue with dealers in general is price,i feel if the price is fixed at all dealers,there would be no need for haggling when trying to buy.

The service at this dealership is quick and always courteous. The staff members go out of their way to update you whenever necessary. I never have to wait to be taken care of. Also, the area that is available to clients while their car is being serviced is clean. There are always refreshments and other amenities to make your wait comfortable.

My Review of Herb Chambers Infiniti:
This is my second purchase from Herb Chambers Infiniti. They are a pleasure to work with. I find buying a car a difficult experience except from James Bulger at HC Infiniti. Customer service is remarkable, exceeding expectation. In fact, on this car, James and I negotiated the car over the phone! I am a loyal infiniti customer, but in large measure that is due to the ease and grace of the dealership. I will also say that my last car was purchased at Herb Chambers Infiniti and my experience with service was exemplary, too.

They're a great team and I would never purchase a car elsewhere.
