My wife and I went to lease a new G35xs awd after turning in her car to another Herb Chambers dealership. From the first time I spoke with Geoffrey on the phone to signing the paperwork with the GM, James who was filling in because the dealership was already closed, the experience was top notch. Peter the salesperson was knowledgable and reasonable and the process could not have gone better. My wife is 6 months pregnant and she remarked that it was the best experience she's ever had leasing a car. This is our 5th lease from a HC dealership and will certainly not be our last. Well done.

From the very first time I contacted Herb Chambers Infiniti to when I picked up my brand new G35x last night I was treated with the utmost respect. Scooter handled my internet query with professionalism and dilligence without being pushy in any way. he was personal and welcoming and he really is the one who got me in the door. Kashif showed me the cars that I asked to see and took me out for a drive explaining all of the aspects of the car I was driving. He did not try to "sell" me the car...he let the car sell itself which it was more than capable of doing. He was honest and straightforward and his approach was very much appreciated. Michael Benoit handled the financial aspect of the deal and took the time to explain all of the pieces of the decision-making process when it comes to approval and pricing. He also clearly explained the options that were available to protect my investment. He was friendly and knowledgeable and really made the process very simple. All in all, the entire Herb Chambers team earned my business with their attitude and commitment to customer service. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

My Review of Herb Chambers Infiniti:
Went to look at a G35x. Wanted a particular color but wanted to see the color on the car. The saleman informed me that they did not have that color in stock but if I left a deposit he would locate one for the next evening. I put down $1000 and come back the next evening. He did not have the car - he also never called to let me know . I asked him to call me when he got one in - didn't hear from him for 2 weeks. I went back to get a refund and was given the run around yet again. The gentleman in the service department finally hook me up with someone who could help me. If I treated my pateints like this sales department treats their customers they would be dead!

First time in, bought new Q car, sales lady was incredible, super product knowledge, car ready for delivery when promised, perfectly detailed, went over car for over ONE HOUR to make sure I was comfortable, scheduled my first service, intro to everyone in service - felt like I was the most important person they seen. Go there, super in everyway!
