My Review of Herb Chambers Saab:
I have leased and purchased several Saabs from Herb Chambers Saab of Boston.

Under the leadership of Joseph Rondinelli, the most knowledgeable and professional "Service Manager", a service department is maintained second to none. They have a saying posted in the service department, "We are not satisfied until you (the customer) are. Guess what?? They mean every word. I must congratulate the whole "Service Team" that extends themselves to resolve issues promptly with professionalism and integrity.

Herb Chambers Saab is very fortunate to have such quality employees and we the customer are too.

My Review of Herb Chambers Saab:
When you own a Saab, you need a service facility that that is knowledgable about the product and treats you fairly when service is needed. I have had many service experiences with Herb Chambers Saab and every time has been very positive. No one likes to spend money on service, but when you are dealing with people like Joe Rondinelli, the service manager, who is always honest about the problem and gives you the best information to make decisions from, what more can you ask for.

I drive about 30000 miles a year for business and depend on my Saab 95 to be up to the task. The service department at Herb Chambers Saab gets 5 stars on every level in my book.

Salesman went above and beyond call of duty by allowing me to purchase a volvo from another herb chambers and bringing to boston for me to pick up. dealer has made many phone calls to follow up on our purchase. I recommend Herb chambers saab to all. The employees know their cars and their expert mechanics do a great job in handeling the cars.

Excellent Service. Direct pricing. Would recommend to anyone. Strong interpersonal skills by staff. Very friendle greeting both by receptionist and by John Rodgers who made arrangements for service. I use crutches and he took this into consideartion with my service experience.

excellent dealership, has a great sales staff. I purchased a used Saab 93 and the sales staff was very good. They knew all the specs. on the vehicle. Went over what I could afford and ended up buying a used vehicle low miles. I have gone for service there multiple times and they are very accomidating, loaner vehicles, mechanics are the best in the business

I bought a used car from this dealership about a year and a half ago. This was my first time buying a car and I was so pleased with my visit to this dealership. They helped guide me through the steps towards purchasing my car and made everything very easy. Everyone who helped me was very knowledgabe and friendly. I have since been back for service on my car and recieved the same friendly and helpful service. I would definetely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Scott and Jason were both very attentive during my sale.... They are knowledgeable friendly, and overall - RESPONSIVE! Herb Chambers has been a great experience thus far. I first walked in at 8 PM (an hour before closing) and you would have never known that they may hve wanted to go home!! and I LOVE my new car!

I have bought two cars from Jason and plan on buying my next one from him too. The dealership provides the professional atmosphere one can expect when buying a luxury car. Jason and his salespeople really know how to go above and beyond both before and after the sale. Also, the service department is second to none. Having owned several cars I can honestly say that the best service I have received has been from Joe Rondinelli and his staff in the service department.

I've bought two cars from Herb Chambers Saab and have recommended the dealership to family and friends. I've dealt directly with Jason, the manager, and it's always been a positive experience - he's taken the time to discuss all options and make sure I'm happy with what I'm buying. I've shopped around, and I've always gotten the best price here. I take my car there for its yearly service as well and it's never been a problem getting a loaner and I always get my car back on time. Overall, everyone at the dealership is very courteous and professional when dealing with customers (which is very different from what I experienced at Charles River Saab).

My Review of Herb Chambers Saab:
We were very pleased with the over all professionalism, car pricing and general service. We had done our home work and shopped Saab dealers from My home in Southern New Hamphire to Bostons south shore. In fact we were so impressed with the servive departemnt I moved to purchaed a second Saab convertabe for my wife @ Herb Chambers and contintue to service both car with Joe the (service manager) here agin the service he provides is at exceptional levels.
