Would recommend you call Larry for your next car. He is Great! No pressure and worked with us for weeks until we found the perfect car!
He made sure the car was inspected, cleaned and checked before we purchased. We did our financing at the dealership and got a great rate. Best experience I have had buying a car. I Love my BMW!!! Go see Larry today, you wont be sorry..

My Review of Heritage Cadillac Bel Air:
Love our Cadillac Escalade. Our sales advisor was Ed Porsch. We really loved the vehicle and were interested in buying. Ed let us take the vehicle over night which was great! Ed was very friendly and great with our kids, even tried to help me install their carseats in our new vehicle :)Ed did everything in his power to "haggle" with the manager on the price, it took time we but did get the price down some. Overall we had a very good experience, although I which we could have worked on the numbers a little more, we are happy with our purchase.

Ed was extremely great to deal with. He was able to get more for our trade than originally quoted. He made sure the truck we were interested in was still there when we arrived. We are from Delaware so we took awhile to get there. Overall experience was fantastic and I would recommend Ed and Heritage Cadillac to anyone.

My Review of Heritage Cadillac Bel Air:
I sent out an internet request to several of my local Cadillac dealers that I was in the market for a 2012 CTS-V. I received replies from several dealerships and actualy visited two of them. My experience with the two dealers could not have been more opposite. The first dealership Miller Brothers was the worst car shopping experience that I have ever had. The sales person acted like he was doing me a favor by talking with me, and he was not customer friendly at all. In contrast my experience at Heritage Auto Mall in Bel Air MD was exceptional! My salesperson Larry Eaton was attentive and really listened to what I had to say and the kind of vehicle options I was looking for. The sales manager Bob went out of his way to match and beat the best qouted price that I had received up to that point, and it was not a hassle to get the deal done. Doug in finance breezed my way through the paperwork and never put the "hard" after sales pitch on me like so many other high pressure dealers do. All in all thanks to Larry Eaton and his fine team at Heritage in Bel Air, I would say that this has been the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had in 35 years of purchasing all kinds of different vehicles. Thanks again to the great team at Heritage Cadillac!! Mike Lublin

My Review of Heritage Cadillac Bel Air:
I was greeted with a phone call from Ed that was just very inviting and not pushy, even out of all of the calls I received from other dealers. I went with my gut feeling out of all the phone calls and made an appointment with Ed and was handled with the same care and attentiveness as if I was there to buy a brand new CTS V with cash. All of this came as a shock to me being that I don't have the best of of credit but the whole process was made easy and painless and I brought home the car I needed and wanted in a great deal given my credit history. I will always remember Heritage Cadillac of Belair for helping me rebuild my credit and putting me in the vehicle I wanted. I thank all of you!

As soon as I entered the Heritage Cadillac, I received an immediate attention and introduced to a sale associate, Doug Gargano. He briefly asked me what kind of car and a price range that I am shopping for. From that point on, everything was sailing. I have got a SRX at a price that I want. Finance was a breeze as well. My Review of Heritage Cadillac Bel Air:
We were looking at three different cars. Larry Eaton, our sales person, gave us information about each car but he never pushed us. We saw a Buick Regal on cars.com at the Owings Mills Heritage. Larry had the car brought over that day. We test drove it and bought it. We took delivery on Monday February 13. He had the car cleaned, detailed, gased up, two dents removed, and the front tire serviced. He gave us a free dent removal card, and our first service free. He sat in the car with us and went over every single button and how to use it. How does he know so much about these cars?! The most important aspect that he left me with was the sincere sound in his voice when he said, "if you ever need anything, just call me". I believe he meant every word.

When we signed the papers we met with Doug Mrockowski. He was most pleasant and very knowledgeable about the different products. When we refused the products he offered he never pressured us. A special thank you to Doug because he was supposed to leave at 5:00 pm but he stayed and waited for us.

My Review of Heritage Cadillac Bel Air:
My 2004 Beetle was totaled and I wanted to replace it with as close a match as possible. I found a 2003 Beetle at Heritage Cadillac. They could not have been more helpful and kind. (As my car was totaled by no fault of mine) Dan was very patient with me and Doug the financial guy was also very patient and considerate of my situation. Next time I need a car I will go there and have already recommended it to my co workers and friends.
