My Review of Hyundai Village of Danvers:
After immigration from S. Korea in 1996, I had five opportunities to meet car dealers. This is the best from every aspect!
Ryan, the salesman and the finance guy(what a friendly guy the Polish man was!), and above all, the sales manager were terrific as a team to serve their customers. I am very proud of my Hyundai car and the dealership.

My Review of Hyundai Village of Danvers:
When I went to Hyundai Village, I arrived 10 minutes after they closed for the night. Ryan noticed my disappointment and came outside to ask if he could help. I had already researched potential cars, so I told him I really wanted to test drive a Elantra SE but I could see they were closed. Ryan is very kind and gracious and said "Of course we can go for a ride" Even though it was after hours, we went for a test drive. Ryan never made me feel rushed during our time together and answered all my questions.

I had just come from a local Toyota dealership where the salesman told me he wouldn't take me for a test drive because there wasn't enough time. He insisted that I sit down, talk and fill out paperwork before he could let me try a car. Needless to say, I immediately left the dealership and decided I would not buy a car from that place.

So as you can see, my experience at Hyundai Village was the opposite of what I had at the other dealership. I never did drive a Toyota and ended up with a wonderful car - Elantra SE. Ryan found the exact car I wanted (from western Mass) and I had a new car within a couple of days.

It was a nice, laid back experience to work with Ryan the the folks at Hyundai Village. I highly recommend Ryan and their dealership. For me, Ryan's great customer service skills led to buying a great car. Hilary

I found this dealer ship to be very fair and friendly I will love going there not just for the popcorn but the peolpe are sooooooo nice. the food was great and the service people very helpful oh yeah I loved the finance guy he really helped me get the best deal

My Review of Hyundai Village of Danvers:
I was amazed at my experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated great. There was no pressure what so ever. I dealt with Ryan Crooker and he was extremely helpful. I test drove both the Elantra and the Sonata and purchased the Sonata on the spot. Ryan worked to get me a fantastic deal that both of us were happy with. I didn't have to haggle or such.

My dad will probably be buying another Hyundai in the next few months and I will be telling him to come here. The buying experience was the best I have ever experienced and this is certainly not the first new car that I have purchased.

This dealership will be getting my business in the future without a doubt.

I was looking for a good value in a new/used car and found the pricing of the Hyundai to be very good and the Salesman Aziz Saadi was extremely knowledgable, patient, helpful and was consultative as much as can be expected. The finance process was a pleasant experience and everyone in the dealership including the manager made it a very positive buying experience.

Mr. Crooker was professional, knowlegable and friendly.
Helped with the financing I needed to stay within my budget.
Salesman demonstrated different cars and was patient when we test drove each one.
Explained about registration,etc.

We had a great experience buying our car at the Hyndai Village of Danvers. The sales consultant, Ryan Crooker was very helpful, pleasant, and great to talk to. Even though the purchase had been completed, he still called to check on whether we were doing good with the car; he then extended his help if we ever need it. My Review of Hyundai Village of Danvers:
My Husband and I were looking for a used car with low miles,so we stoped be the dealer because we heard good things about the Hyundai. As soon as we started looking around Ryan came out and was very pleasant. He showed us some cars and took us for a test drive. My husband was very happy with the low miles and was able to talk ryan down on the price. We also had to talk with Ted to finance the car which took the longest. But now I have this nice 2006 car that rides nice. Thankyou Ryan for being so pleasant. Arlene Pellegrino

My Review of Hyundai Village of Danvers:
My 1999 Elantra had 226,000 miles on it and I felt it was time for another car. After doing some research online, I realized that I liked my Elantra so much that I wouldn't mind getting another one. I drove onto the Hyundai Village lot and had the good fortune of being greeted by the Reverend Clinton Sherald (I'm not joking). Clinton showed me what I was looking for and tried to help me get what I wanted. I really felt like Clinton let ME do the driving. He facilitated and encouraged me to test-drive the vehicles I was interested in. That was very helpful. He also showed a great amount of care toward my wife who is the real number-cruncher in our family. We were concerned about keeping within our budget, and Clinton worked hard to help us to get all that we wanted (and more) in a package we could afford. When my wife sent me in to see Clinton with financial questions...Clinton graciously called her directly on the phone to make sure our concerns were clearly heard and addressed. Clinton worked hard to lay everything out on the table in understandable terms and made us feel like he was putting character above commission. My interaction with Clinton was excellent and as a result, I feel like we were blessed with a good man to help us get a good car for a good price.
