My Review of Jackie Cooper Imports:
We have previously purchased two vehicles from this dealership. The service department never kept appointments and made us wait no less than an hour and a half for EVERY oil change. Not major service, just an oil change. Tried to trade in my 2 year old car that was purchased adn serviced at their dealership for another vehicle. I was told I couldn't get a new vehicle for the price I wanted. I was called every night for a week by the salesperson. I finally went somewhere else and save over $5K by trading and purchasing there. What a relief. I'll never be back to Jackie Cooper. They care about the bottom dollar, not the customer. Horrible service, salesmanship and customer relations. Avoid this dealership at all costs!
