I had not owned a car in over 12 years and had never leased a vehicle before prior to encountering Kelly Fiat. Stephanie was very enjoyable to work with. She was knowledgeable, informative, patient and understanding of our situation and took the time to get to know us and our preferences. She wasn't at all pushy and she worked hard to meet our requirements and our deadlines, all the while exceeding expectations.

The whole experience at Kelly Fiat was exactly as advertised: quick, easy, simplified, painless and very comfortable.

I had been looking around for an inexpensive replacement car for a very long-lasting vehicle who finally needed a permanent rest. Kelly Fiat had a few random models that seemed to suit my criteria. My primary focus was on a small, 4-5 year old car that would last a few years with maybe a few repairs along the way. Really, I never even thought about a Fiat. I simply believed it was outside of my budget.

The short story is, I'm driving a Fiat Pop, I couldn't be happier (I Love it!) and I didn't break my bank! I'm having So much fun in it that even several days after the purchase I still hadn't found time to set up my devices!

The dealership out-marked every other one I had been visited during my search. My next planned stop had been Kelly Honda, but I never made it.

After initially exploring Kelly Fiat in the winter, I visited two other Boston area Fiat dealerships and was continually impressed with Kelly's high level of professionalism, transparent communication, and aggressive pricing. Sergio was my main man, and he stayed in touch with offers and updates, but was never pushy or overzealous. When the timing became right for me in April, Sergio made sure I got the best deal possible with my trade-in and rebates, and helped me through that difficult moment of signing on the dotted line. Overall, I am hugely impressed with the Kelly Fiat "studio". They are passionate about their product, making you feel more like family and less like shark bait.

I purchased a Smart car at the dealership after viewing on-line. The initial contact was Dave and he was able to work w/me on a price that was better than I had expected. I gave a deposit on a Tuesday and completed the transaction that Saturday w/Isaac and Sergio. They were very accommodating and I felt no pressure to move forward if I did not find the car satisfactory for my needs. I was paying cash for the car and Derek assisted me w/a wire transfer (completed on the following Monday) and Sergio delivered the car to my work place on that Wed. I had new plates/reg and an inspection sticker when it arrived. I could have completed this deal without setting a foot inside the dealership if I had been so inclined. I received a follow up call from Sergio a few days after I took delivery to make sure that I was completely satisfied w/my purchase. This has been a most pleasant experience and I would recommend Kelly Fiat to anyone looking to purchase a new/used vehicle.

My experience at Kelly Fiat was fantastic. Stephanie was a kind, knowledgeable sales person who guided me through the sales process, and never pressured me at all. I had memories of the "hard sell" from a previous dealership experience and this was the polar opposite. The staff there is as friendly and clear as the cars are adorable. I kept waiting for the pressured add-ons to jack up the price, and it never happened. I got a great low monthly rate. It's been over a month now and I still can't help but smile and admire my lovely little green Pop. The car, dealership and entire experience has been fantastic and I can't recommend them enough.
