dealer actually took the time to go over everything with me. I did negotiate the deal and they did meet my expectations. Service was the reason I came back to do business.

My Review of Lia Nissan:
Customer Service refuses to take any action on my paint issues. There are two spots on the hood where the paint has chipped away and is already rusting. I payed for the paint protection plan and this vehicle is less than a year old. My questions about how the chips are rusting and where there appears to be no primer have gone unaswered. Lia told me they had no body shop but did eventually tell me they use an independent shop across the street. I now have to contact the President of Lia and Nissan to try and rectify this problem since I have gotten no answers or help from Lias Customer Service.

My Review of Lia Nissan:
Salesman seemed uninterested to speak to us and then finally did. After we described our trade and what we wanted etc. he stated that he could not give us much on the trade in (due to "low demand for that type of vehicle") and we would probably have to go with 6 or 7 years financing to keep a low payment. He sent us out on our own to look around the lot for a possible used vehicle instead, and he stated he would check on us in a little while to see what we found. We left. The problem may just have been with this particular salesman and not with the dealership. Note: It was on a sunday (early 2003) and there were very few other customers in sight.
