My Review of Menlove Dodge Toyota:
Absolutely the worst experience ever in trying to buy a vehicle. Claim they are different and there to help you specifically. Promise the moon and when you show up they bait and switch you. You can't even get them to give you a payment on what you ask for, i.e. how much would payments be for 4 years? They come back with some ridiculous down payment like 5k down when you said you wanted to put 1k down and then 39 months or what ever else they can dream up. You never get a straight answer and its always the sales manager or the credit guys fault why they won't give you a straight answer. I wish I would have heard all the stories I now have heard before we went and waisted our time. So many of my neighbors and friends tell the exact same nightmare that we had. Why would Toyota even let dealers act this way?

My Review of Menlove Dodge Toyota:
Purchased 1998 Chevy Blazer in March of 2006. Blown Engine on June 1st 2006. Dealer took 2 weeks to install engine and charged $2000.00 more than what was quoted to replace it. Installed engine with no gaskets so it leaked oil. Also installed old belt and radiator cap. Dealer could not figure out why the engine wouldn't hold collant pressure or oil. It was suggested by Menlove to keep adding oil to the engine even though it leaked. Due to old belts that were installed, the alternator was damaged and the dealer charged for that too. Radiator fan was installed incorrectly so the fan shroud was shredded. Dealer covered the cost. Car is still making a grinding noise from the transmission. My mechanic stated that it could be a result of the engine installed improperly. Dealer has sinced fixed the oil leaks, alternator, Fan Shroud and Belts. Dealer will not cooperate in looking at the car for the grinding noise. My mechanic also stated that the car is not holding the vacuum pressure. Dealer will not cover the cost to fix anything else due to them "feeling" that the car has been fixed. All of this has happend over 6 months now which leaves us without a working car. The dealer has provided loaner cars but has given us grief with those also. The owner of the dealership will not speak with us or contact us in any way to resolve this issue. The crankshaft has broken and the engine has been replaced again. There is a serious oil leak because they also did not replace the oil cooler lines like a new engine should have. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

I WAS JERKED AROUND IN THE SERVICE END OF THIS THAN ANYWHERE ELSE I HAVE EVER BEEN, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE THERE AGAIN. I NOW HAVE HAD TO FUEL PUMPS PUT IN MY TRUCK BECAUSE THE MAN WORKING ON MY TRUCK DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND BOTH SIDES OF MY BED WERE CAVED IN IN THE PROCESS. AND THEY WONT PAY FOR ANY OF IT
