My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Chicago:
Same exact experience. Clueless. They never have gotten my car fixed in time -- last time i was there put in wrong tires (different than what i ordered) then charged me for the loaner that I wouldn't have needed.

I hate these guys -- I will never buy a Mercedes again until they allow another dealer in town.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Chicago:
This dealer managed to destroy my stereo and said they would pay for a replacement. I submitted the paperwork TWICE and never saw a penny.<br><br>I also took my car in for an oil change and to replace bulb in one of my front driving lights that burned out. After I left the dealership, I found the light still burnt out and then my &quot;Low Washer Fluid&quot; warnig light came on. They did not refresh my fluids...did they even change my oil? Who knows. I called and the service manager told me to come in the next day at 8:00 am, and they will take care of everytrhing while I wait. I waited for THREE HOURS and when they gave me the car back, the driving light was STILL burnt out. And they gave ME attitude, like it was my fault. Not even a &quot;We're sorry&quot; .<br><br>These people are clueless. And there is a BMW dealer right across the street. Guess where I'm going next spring for my new car.
