My Review Of Mike Ognibene Ford:

This place should be shut down. Just bought a used Volvo from out of state and after the loan papers were signed they decided to take it to the Volvo dealership for inspection even though they said this already happened. Once there they found a problem with diagnostic pump. After sitting at the dealership for more than a week waiting for a part to come crazy cheap cars agreed to have the car shipped to california stating that we could have it fixed at the volvo dealership here in california. Well Volvo fixed the part and the pump still wasnt working. They found that someone had cut a wire under the drivers seat with an exacto knife. The cut was rusted and corroded indicating that it was old. This is not covered by the $2,600. extended warranty that was purchased. Crazy Cheap Cars stated that they would not pay for it as the car was "rushed" shipped, apparently waiting to weeks to ship it was "rushed", and that if we wanted to ship the car back which will only cost $2,200. both ways they will fix it. They will be getting sued as this is proven their fault and they will be shut down. Not to mention no one will answer calls, Mike the owner cant be found although he was always on the phone when the car was being purchased and the sales manager, service manage ect laughed in my face when it was asked to be fixed. Dont buy a car from here, not worth it. There goin down period. Messed with the wrong family. Bye Bye crazy cheap cars.

My Review Of Mike Ognibene Ford:

Wonderful, wonderful young man. Brought all 6 vehicles that I wanted to look at to the front door. He promptly walked me around them explaning the options that may be of use to me. If you ever need a vehicle I highly recomend this place (and Jeff) the car was perfect, financing was reasonable, and the follow up was just right!!!

MIKE OGNIBENE IS THIEF HE DOESNT EVEN TREAT HIS WIFE GOOD HE IS NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU EITHER......BEWARE.he has robbed poor working people out of their money for automobiles.Dont believe a word.I have had dealings with him i went to court to sue him.Only Bonnie his wife showed up.Of course i lost cause the judge said it was my fault thief floor was ruined because their frig leaked.Beware is all i can say.Some people who are prominent can do anything and get away with it.Sue him and see.What was the big hush hush about the batavia dealer.No news told ever what happened id like to know how the hell he got away with tax fraud.Id be in prizon..i sure want to know and its been gaggged by the crooked genesee courts!!

My Review Of Mike Ognibene Ford:

My daughter bought a used car from crazy cheap cars in Oakfield, NY. This is where Mr. Ognibene went after his Ford dealership was shut down in Batavia. The engine had a knock in it and they said "no problem, we will fix it". They sent her to Orleans Ford in Medina "because they are an authorized Ford dealership". Orleans stated that a new engine was needed. Since she bought the extended warranty, she was then to rent a car to use while hers was being fixed. Car rentals aren't covered for people under 21 years of age. She ended up taking the car back to Orleans Ford & they made it the best they could without replacing the engine. Finally on December 30, 2009, her husband drops the car off at Crazy Cheap cars. She calls eight days later & they told her "we're waiting for an adjuster from your extended warranty company to look at it. Orleans Ford thinks you need a new engine but we think we can fix it." So she called the extended warranty company and they stated that there was no contact from Crazy Cheap cars at all! Her car has been sitting in their shop for eight days and nothing has been done to it. She can get it fixed at another dealership but then there is a $500.00 deductible on the extended warranty. DO NOT buy anything from Mr. Ognibene, regardless of which dealership he opens up next.

My Review Of Mike Ognibene Ford:

I found a Pontiac Montana on thier website that was in my price range and had AWD and air conditioning which were both a must. Dave was nice and I had cash and a trade in. They gave me bottom dollar on my trade but a good price on the van or so I thought. This was in late February and in April it got hot and my wife tried the A/C and it did not work. I called Dave and he said to bring it in so they could look at it. I then spoke with the service department and made an appointment which is when the service tech told me that I had better check with Dave when he realized that I was under the impression this was being fixed at thier expense. I called Dave and he tried to tell me it was not covered because I did not buy the extended warranty. When I pointed out that it was still within the 60 day warranty he said that he did not have authority to make the decision and would need me to bring the vehicle in to find out what is wrong with it. Living over an hour away he agreed to let me have my mechanic diagnose the problem (which I payed him to do). I called the next day with the news that the condenser was shot. He told me he needed 15 minutes and would call me back. Two hours later I called back and was put on hold 3 times and finally called back a fourth time and asked for Mike. Mike picked up and as soon as he found out it was me he put me on hold and I was on with Dave again. He repeated the same bullshit and I then told him that my next call would be to my lawyer and that I had heard Mike had already been in some trouble. Mike was back on the phone yelling and asking me where I had heard this and insisted it was false. I asked him what he intended to do about the situation and he offered to pay half of the repair and quoted me $550. My mechanic had already given me an estimate of $250-300. His tactic was obvious. I have called my lawyer and our next stop is small claims court. Mike, if you are reading this "I'LL SEE YOU RIGHT THERE!"

My Review Of Mike Ognibene Ford:

Buyer beware: Crazycheapcars.com is owned by Mike Ognibene of Mike Ognibene Ford Incorporated, which as of July 2007 was court ordered to seize assets for business malpractice. Ford revoked his rights to the franchise. He has reopened under a new name, but from what I can tell has not cleaned up his act and is already refusing repairs on vehicles that fall within his 60 day, 3000 mile warranty. His BBB report with Mike Ognibene Ford Incorporated, recorded 22 complaints in the last 36 months as of 5-23-08 and his business has been closed since July of 07...

OK where do i start! PLEASE DONT EVER GO HERE! i was lied to by 4 different people. I traded in my 99 taurus for an 04 taurus. My girlfriend who was there to co-sign for the loan, they ended up putting the entire loan in her name which we told them not to do. After driving the car off the lot they call me a week later sayin they found me a new interest rate on the loan so i had to sign new paperwork (which was a lie...they needed me to sign new paperwork because they did it wrong the first time). They didnt send me a registration because of mistakes they made...lied to me over and over and after being confronted didnt have anything to say. They told me to illegally get insurance in my girlfriends name and not add myself to the policy so it would be cheaper. They told me i had to go to the dmv MYSELF and take care of THEIR mistakes. I demanded to speak to the manager and they told me NO! That is outrageous. they told me i couldnt talk to a manager and they would not make me an appointment to speak with him (obviously they were doin somethin wrong if they wouldnt let me talk to a manager). I WANTED NOTHIN TO DO WITH THEM. i had the car less than a month and seen all the problems and lies that were arising so i offered to pay them for the 1st month if they gave me a refund and took their car back. they said it was nothin they could do to reverse it (which is a lie because i called the bank). THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO EVER STEP FOOT IN THERE! and another thing...everytime i went in there they had the same church christian song playing on the loud speakers (i guess they do this to try to make them seem holy and honest which they are not). i waited in there for 8 HOURS so they could fix their mistakes (i got there at 11am and left at about 8pm!)
