My Review of Miller Subaru:
I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer, although I did make an inquiry. I was told that customer service was their focus when I contacted them. I asked for a price on a new Outback because I know there are a lot of customer and dealer incentives on that particular model. I wanted to take advantage of those. Now a dealer should give you a price based on the customer rebate, but its up to them whether or not they want to give up the dealer incentives. In total, there was about $4000 worth of rebates on this model. They tried to sell this to me by only taking $1000 off the MSRP. They were not even giving the full customer rebate which I am entitled to! I informed my salesperson about this and she said she would talk to her manager and see if there was any money that was being witheld but I never heard from them again, even though I tried to contact them. The salesperson was a very nice girl but what kind of dealership only gives a customer half of their rebate and then claims they are selling you the car below invoice? I would be cautious when dealing with this one.

Excellent Dealership - good prices and service. Had Legacy Outback for 6 years and service has always been good and honest - things that don't need fixing don't get tacked on to your bill - If you want a Subaru, this is the place to buy - by all means stay far, far, far away from Cherry Hill!
