My Review of North Scottsdale Hyundai:
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Lies, Lies, Lies... I entered this salesroom after doing some internet research. I went in with a few questions - all were answered with lies. The financing dept made several attempts to complete the transaction through fraudulent means. Unbelievable - I would imagine that this dealership will not be able to remain open for long - likely due to incarceration of the staff for repeated attempts to fraudulently complete lending transactions.

My Review of North Scottsdale Hyundai:
They advertise on an infomercial you are told you are pre-qualified for that dealership. They call you and want you to come in and they tell you which car they want you to look at and qualify for. Next thing you know they do the paperwork you drive out the door and a week later they call you and tell you that you have to bring the car back they can't find a lender. They set you up to be humiliated and they tell you it is not you there are many people that they have to call back and tell them they don't qualify. Seems like a situation that if it happened that many times should not have happened. Worse yet you make multiple calls to them to discuss the problem and after many many calls and threats to talk to the owner of the company you get a call back. Then after you have returned the car they have someone call you and aske how things are going with the car and how do you like it.

My Review of North Scottsdale Hyundai:
I had the same experience as the other reviewers. When I did have to wait I just sat in the lounge and watched football. I thought I had a good deal from another dealer but they beat it by $250. Not a huge difference but $250 is $250.

My Review of North Scottsdale Hyundai:
Our experience was also enjoyable. But, we had to wait almost an hour to get into the finance person to sign the papers because they were so busy. They do have a nice TV room with Direct TV so the wait wasn't that bad. Try to buy your car on a day other than Saturday so you don't have to wait in line. They gave us a $1,000 gas voucher and it has been nice not having to pay for gas!

We purchased a new Hyundai Sante Fe a few weeks ago and had a very pleasant experience for our first time ever when buying a vehicle. All of our questions were answered over e-mail and we were given a great price before we went to the dealership.
