My Review of Paramount Volvo Hickory :
It took about 10 minutes to recognized they had the vehicle I wanted. It took 5 to make an offer. It took 5 more to work out details and know I had a deal I could accept. These were short phone calls and emails on the morning of a workday for me.

I accepted the offer late the next day (my delay) and the car was brought to my home the day after that. Ten minutes of paper work and it was mine.

Then Matthew spent nearly 40 minutes going over the features and setting things up in the car.

WHen your car buying experience totals less that an hour and 40 minutes of that was training and setup ... its a good day.

I went to Paramount to check-out a used 2008 Volvo i had seen online. When i got there the salesman had the vehicle washed and ready for a test drive. Salesman was very friendly and knowledgable about the car. I bought the car as-is; however the salesman has been very helpful post-transaction with any follow up questions I have had. Overall good experience and I would recommend the dealership to others.

My Review of Paramount Volvo Hickory :
I was blown away by Ned Owens and Volvo team. I had a particular car in mind, Ned found it in South Carolina and had it on the lot in 24 hours. The closing took about an hour. It was remarkably efficient. Ned was incredibly informative and easy to work with. Everything happened as he said it would. No surprises. He was very attentive, and I was buying the least pricey Volvo product. He did not let that sway him. I would definitely recommend Ned to others and the Volvo team at Paramount, and I will buy from them again.

My Review of Paramount Volvo Hickory :
The sales personnel were very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. They seemed very proud to be representing the Volvo brand. They spent the time finding the S80 I wanted by searching outside the territory. My reasonable offer was excepted without the usual petty negotiating that normally takes place. Questions and concerns about the car and purchase price were handled in a very professional manner.
I hope the service is as good as th sales experience.

My Review of Paramount Volvo Hickory :
My wife Rhonnie and I had worked with several other dealerships before we made our purchase of our new XC90 and when comparing them to the experience that we had with Paramount, all of the others fell well short. From the quality of care and attention to the price, we could not be happier. Ned Owens worked hard to earn our business and by the end of our experience, I felt like I had a new friend in the car business. We will definetly buy our next car from Ned and Paramount.

My Review of Paramount Volvo Hickory :
I first met with Rick Church several months ago when my husband and I were out casually looking at cars. At the time, purchasing a new vehicle was not possible. Mr. Church gave us his card and never called to harass us in the following months. Last week, we decided to go back and look, we found a 2011 Volvo S80 that had been deeply discounted. We asked for Mr. Church. Again, he was very friendly and helpful. He did not try to push us into any kind of purchase. We decided to buy this Volvo and Mr. Church was a big reason why. He knew that this was going to be my car, not my husband's, so he spoke to me- this is something that a lot of car salesmen don't do. He was very informative and has called me several times in the last week to make sure everything is going well with the car and to see if I have any questions or concerns. This was overall the BEST car buying experience I have had in over 20 years and I will continue to do business with Paramount Volvo!
