My Review of Pearl Buick GMC :
My husband saw a truck that he wanted to look at and it ended up that I actually purchased a Buick Rainier. Dave was excellent. He wasn't pushy and cheesey the way many sales people are. The staff stayed late so we could finish our paperwork and were VERY polite. They didn't make us feel as if we had imposed on them. One of the rear defogger coils needed repaired and they gave us an "WeOwe". When I took it to be repaired they were very polite and profesional. Cleanest service bay I've ever seen! Very friendly staff, very accomodating. I actually live in Ottawa, IL but have had to travel to the Peoria area frequently recently, often times with my two dogs, who were with me on the day of my repair appointment and the staff were extremely understanding. I have been and will continue to recommend Heritage to everyone.

My Review of Pearl Buick GMC :
I went to Heritage to look at purchasing a newer car and trading in my Pontiac Grand Prix. I was very happy with the 2010 Mazda 6 I looked at and ended up purchasing it that day. I got my financing at a rate close to half of what I was paying on the Pontiac and also got an awesome amount back for my trade in - far more than I expected. From start to finish it was a great experience and I'm sure I'll be going back in the summer to purchase a car for my son who is graduating high school this year. Thanks Heritage!!
