I would recommend this dealer for any kind of buyer. (either first time buyer or old buyer). I had a very smooth and trouble free experience with the purchase of my Odyssey 2009. The person you have to meet is Alex Martinez. There is no pressure sales and no hidden costs.

My Review of Potamkin Honda:
I came into the dealership having done my homework beforehand. I was in the market for a lease on a new Accord EXL. Salesman Alex Martinez and I worked out a very fair deal in very little time, without any drawn out negotiation. Alex turned me over to finance manager Erik Sherriff, who quickly reviewed my needs and got the paperwork out of the way without any pressure or upselling. My experience was positive, and I will recommend Potamkin Honda and these two employees to friends in the market for cars.

MY CAR WAS REPAIRED AFTER AN ACCIDENT. ALTHOUGH IT WAS NOT REPAIRED AT THE DEALERSHIP, MY SEVICE REP, BIB GARCIA WAS WONDERFUL AT FOLLOWING UP THE STATUS OF THE CAR. HE COMPLETLY CHECKED OUT THE CAR WHEN IT CAME BACK FROM THE AUTO REPAIR SHOP. THE WORK DONE ON THE CAR WAS VERY GOOD.

Chris was especially helpful because he is well-informed and has none of the characteristics of a car salesman stereotype meaning no high pressure, is good at figuring at what you want/need and finds the best available car for you. I highly recommend asking for him if you go to Potamkin Honda.

Carlos Camacho is outstanding, he is extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I have leased Honda vechiles for the past 13 years and this is time the experience was refreshing. Jake Jericho and Erik Sherrif were very helpful with the financial aspect of the leasing process. I would definitely recommend Potamkin Honda to my family and friends.

This is our 2nd time leasing a new car from Potamkin. Each time we go in the staff is friendly and helpful. We always feel like we are being taken care of and the price is always competitive.

We really liked the new location. The showroom is very large and the people we dealt with to return our previous lease and get the car were great.

My Review of Potamkin Honda:
I am always wary of car dealerships, but my experience at Potamkin was unlike what one associates with midtown Manhattan car dealerships. My sales consultant, Alfred was knowledgeable about the car and answered our questions without pushing us. He delivered on everything he said and showed us respect. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

The financial rep, Erik gave us an exhausting sales pitch on extra warranties and service plans and then told us to think about it and get back to him within a week (much of it sounds legitimate and useful). Again none of that pushy "old school' pressure too often associated with car dealerships.

All in all a pleasant experience.

My Review of Potamkin Honda:
One of the best experiences ever, we leased a car 3 year ago, and decided to purchase a new Honda. I did go to competitors showrooms prior, and no one came close to the customer service we get at Honda.

Plenty of of TLC and really listened to our needs. We ended up with the two door Accord coupe, red exterior and black leather. Sexy car, great test drive and great price. We had a blast! my husband says he had not seen me smile that much in a while.

We are sold for life with Potamkin Honda!

My Review of Potamkin Honda:
Doing business with Alfred Thompson and Carlos Reis on Friday March 27th was a pleasure. Our transaction couldn’t have gone smoother and I will definitely recommend them to others.

Also, as an additional note, that same day my TPMS light showed up on my dash. I happened to be driving nearby and called to see if someone could take a quick look-see at it. They said okay and sure enough the service team quickly rectified the problem regardless of how busy they were at the time. Now that’s service!

My Review of Potamkin Honda:
We walked into HOnda and met Daniel immediately. His knowledge of the brand and his very friendly behavior made an immediate good impression - we could tell he was doing his best - I would give him an A+. Then we met Erik who did a good job explaining everything. THEN we decided - after we drove off - that the color of the car was not to our liking. Daniel, Erik and Carlos all went out of their way to accomodate us and let us change the car for another color. All in all, better custom service than Mercedes (the car we were turning in for a new Honda 2009 CRV.
