My Review of Prime Infiniti:
I have had an Infiniti for many years, and still loved my 1990 I30, but it was time to pass it on to my teenage son, and time for a better car for me!! I had no hesitation in heading to Prime Infiniti, and was very happy with the experience I had. John was very helpful in setting me up with everything I needed to know to work all the fancy new gadgets in my car! I am very happy with it and look forward to working with the Service dept in the future.

My Review of Prime Infiniti:
I purchased a new '09 G37x coupe from Prime Infiniti of Hanover at the end of June 2009. I shopped 6 different dealers in MA, RI and NH. Some of these dealers played games or wouldn't deal with me unless I came in to the showroom or placed a deposit. Prime didn't play any games. All correspondence with them was straightforward and they were very up front with inventory status and pricing. The visit to the dealership when I made my purchase was very pleasant. We made the deal with Prime honoring their quote without any games or pressure to purchase additional accessories or unwanted warranties, etc. The car I purchased was on the lot with only low test drive mileage as promised and they prepared it with great attention to detail.

Scott and Mark were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to make a new car purchase from a dealer that demonstrates integrity and honesty.

My Review of Prime Infiniti:
Having decided it was time to trade my 2000 Infinity for a newer model with fewer miles, I was having a difficult time finding one that "fit".I liked the ride of my old car, but not the newer ones. John Martinelli was the perfect salesman for the job. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous, and put me in a beautiful M35.
It's classy, and gives me just the type of ride I wanted. Thanks John, I love my new RIDE!

My Review of Prime Infiniti:
Mike Martinez did a very good job of figuring out quickly what kind of customer I was and then worked with me accordingly. I did not have a lot of time to drive around looking at cars, haggling etc. I had a decent idea of what I wanted and was mostly concerned about getting a good price. I called to get some information on a particular car and Mike quickly gave me the straight scoop on the various cars and prices. He had a solid understanding of the cars features which helped me decide on the best model, year etc. He also did a good job of getting back to me quickly when I had questions and delivered on the expectations that were set during the process. Overall a very good experience that I would recommend to others.

I was moving into the city and needed to sell my car, which I still owed lots of money on. I went to Herb Chambers, who sold it to me, and not surprisingly they offered far less than it was worth. I went around to other dealers (not expecting much) but when I got to Prime Infiniti they were much friendlier and offered a far fairer price for the car. I dealt with Michael Martinez, who was terrific, and if I move back to town and am buying another Infiniti this is where I am going.

customer service of sales person was great and he still is friendly and appears to be helpful; having issues and trying to resolve them; he's been very helpful in tring to get this done, but it is taking too long to resolve;
communicated the next day after picking it up and still unresolved issue.

I recently bought a 2009 Infiniti M35AWD from Prime Infiniti. Compared to previous auto purchases including Infinitis from other dealerships, Michael Martinez was a delight to work with - pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Most of all, no pressure. I received several follow-up communications since my purchase regarding my satisfaction with the vehicle and any concerns that I had, rather refreshing since the sale was complete! I would definitely purchase another car and Infiniti from Prime and Michael.

Tracy and Michael were both very friendly and I feel they gave me a fair deal. Hopefully it will be 96 degrees on September 7th and I'll get a years worth of payments free :)

I recently leased a new Infiniti ES 35 from prime infiniti in Hanover MA. This was my second lease frome prime infinity. My salesman johh martinelli could not have been nicer, from beginning to end he made the whole process a happy experiance. He took his time to go over all the details of the new car,also he was able to give me a very good deal on the 39 month lease without a lot of stress and agrivation. I highly recomend this dealership and john martinelli.
