i am taking the time to write this review only because for the first time buying a vehicle i actually enjoyed the experience. they had an excellent choice of vehicles. no pressure, good suggestions and a good price negotiation. i wound up buying a car i never thought i'd own. john was extremely helpfull at every turn.

I just purchased a 2009 Infinity G37 from Prime Infinity in Hanover and found the entire experience professional and stress-free. My salesperson, Michael Martinez, was very knowledgable, professional, and patiently waited for me to make the decision to buy. The negotiations (I had a trade-in) were very open and honest and Michael and Tracy had me in my new car in a timely fashion, once I had decided to purchase.

My Review of Prime Infiniti:
I have been an extremely satisfied owner of an Infiniti for the past 5 years. I started out with a G35 Coupe, and when the New England winters made it impossible to drive the coupe, I upgraded to an FX35. After dealing with Tom Cannon and his staff (especially Patrick), I will definitely continue to purchase a new/used Infiniti, and most likely at Prime in Hanover. Tom has gone way far above and beyond what any service department has provided in the past. No matter what the problem is that I am having, I know that both my vehicle and I are in good hands with Tom and his staff. Whether it's the most convenient use of a loaner vehicle or just the simple "Hello Mr. Long" that I receive every time I walk through their door, I always feel confident in their services. Without Tom and Patrick and all of the service department, Prime Infiniti would not be the same. I just felt that they should be commended on the relentless pursuit of perfection and I know that I am not your only customer who feels this way. Thanks for everything!

My Review of Prime Infiniti:
This is the third time I have leased a car from John Martinelli. John knows his product and could point out all the changes made in the 2009 model versus the 2007. This time he had to search for a car in the color I wanted, and he kept me informed through the whole process. John called me with possible alternatives and continued to look when I decided not to accept. He also helped us to buy out the car that I had previously leased. He has always treated me in a friendly, professional manner, but most important, he is honest and straight-forward in his approach. I have recommended John to my daughter and son-in-law in the past, which resulted in them leasing also. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to buy or lease an Infiniti. Prime Infiniti does not have the grand showrooms of other dealerships, but their people make all the difference. The only recommendation I would make would be to put back the petitions to separate each of the desk areas to give some privacy when discussing financial and personal information.

My Review of Prime Infiniti:
This is the first time in my 30+ years of car ownership, that I can say that a service department would impact in my decision to stay with a dealership. I would Highly recommend Prime Infiniti from my experience with Tom Cannon and the service department. While Infiniti's are great cars and mine have been trouble free, whenever I have put my car in for normal maintence, they have been courteous, helpful and timely. When I experienced an issue with my Bluetooth that was difficult to troubleshoot, they kept at it until they figured it out, where others might have thrown their hands up. I wish that I could get this level of service in all the products I buy.

My Review of Prime Infiniti:
My Daughters Infiniti G35 would stall after starting. I had the car towed to Prime Infiniti. It was my first experience at Prime and they were recommended by a friend. After they had spent a fair amount of time trying to determine the problem, I was advised that leaves were blocking the map sensor. I was only charged a diagnostic fee, no labor charge. They could have charged for a throttle body or almost anything else, which would have been pretty expensive. To say I was thrilled with their honesty is putting it mildly. I will not hesitate to recommend Prime Infiniti to anyone who will listen.

My Review of Prime Infiniti:
This is the second vehicle I bought from Michael Martinez and Prime Infiniti of Hanover in the last six months.

The process was easy and unique. My wife saw a certified pre-owned FX35 on Prime's lot that she was interested in. I was slow to make an offer on the vehicle. By the time I was prepared to make an offer the FX35 had been sold. Michael Martinez suggested that Prime could perform a nation wide search for a pre-owned FX35 that met criteria we established with their help.

We have never purchased a vehicle this way - i.e. ask a dealer to perform a nationwide search for a pre-owned vehicle. We told Michael we were interested in trying this method, but we gave Michael and Prime very strict parameters for the search. If the parameters were not met, then we would not buy the vehicle. A few weeks went by and Michael contacted us notifying us that he and the Prime buying team identified a pre-owned FX35 that met our criteria. He told us Prime's buyers were going to bid on the vehicle. The bidding got out of control and Prime's buyers stepped back from the bidding when it went beyond the parameter we set for price. We lost that vehicle. Several more weeks went by and Michael called us again. He and the Prime buying team identified another FX35 that met our criteria. In this auction Prime's buying team won the bidding. Michael called us and gave us the good news.

The FX35 arrived at Prime Infiniti a few weeks after the auction. The FX35 had every option we told Michael we wanted. The miles on the vehicle were at the bottom range of our acceptable mileage parameter (the FX35 had very low mileage). The condition of the FX35 was excellent. Michael and Prime met our pricing parameter as well. We purchased the certified pre-owned FX35 that evening from Michael and Prime.

These guys get it. They are about the customer and open communication. Michael could have pushed us toward a car on their lot but he didn't. Instead he listened to what we wanted and he found a way to deliver it.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, then I highly recommend Michael Martinez and Prime Inifiniti of Hanover.

This is the second time in the last two years I have purchased a car at Prime Infiniti. Both fo my experiences were the best I have had over the 25 years of buying new cars. John Martinelli is a terrific salesperson who treats his sales opportunities with tremendous focus on giving his best care to the customer. He worked diligently throughout the process and made the extra effort by working on his off days as well. All of the people I had an experience with at Prime were also very good and tried their best to close the deal.

My Review of Prime Infiniti:
I was interested in a specific car and Tom went out of his way to find it for me. I was so estatic to think that I could have the car of my dreams!!! John worked day and night to make sure that the car was cleaned, inspected, the warranty information was updated. He even worked on his day off so that I could have the car at an earlier date. I was so impressed that I sent a friend of mine over to do business with them. I will be back in the fall to buy my 16 year old her first car. Thanks guys. You really now how to please a customer!!!
