My Review of Ramsey Saab:
My experience with the service end of this dealership has been a night mare. My vehicle is 3 years old and has been serviced 5X/year. Not because of the product, because they cannot seem to fix it right the first time. I asked to speak to the General Manager on 3 different occasions, and not only was he no where to be found, he refused to return my telephone calls. If you are looking for a dealership where you get the runaround, look no further you found the right place. The General Manager is Arthur Picciano.
