My Review of Saturn of Albany:
After purchasing a 2004 Vue, I agreed to purchase fabric protection. As this vehicle is used for work, we scheduled to have it done on Saturday, as I have alot of work materials that I will need to take out prior to the treatment. When I arrived on Saturday, I was told that there was no way they could do this on a weekend, and anyways, they were all out of the protectorant. I immediately requested a refund because it was too difficult to continually empty out my vehicle to have this done. After much hemming and hawing, Rob FINALLY agreed to have my refund check in a few days. After TWO WEEKS of excuses and lies, I finally got my refund. I will never purchase another vehicle from them strictly because of their financing dept, although I do like their service department.

My Review of Saturn of Albany:
The financing dept ruined this dealership's reputation with me. I have always thought highly of their service department, but when I went in to purchase a vehicle, I had nothing but aggravation and disrespect from Rob in financing. After I closed the deal, I was sold on fabric protection for the interior, and had scheduled this for a Saturday. I advised that this was the only time I could do this, because I use my vehicle for work and that I need to remove all of my work materials to have this done. When I returned, I was told that this never should have been scheduled for a weekend, and on top of that they didn't have the frabric protectorant in stock. Since it was too much for me to keep emptying out my car, I asked for a refund. After TWO WEEKS of getting the runaround, I finally got my refund after excuse after excuse. The financing dept here is the WORST! I would not buy another car through this dealership, although I still like their service dept.
