My Review of Suntrup Volvo of O'Fallon:
Wendy was extremely friendly and was not a "pressure" salesperson. She explained all the new features on the S60. We were mostly appreciative of the way she handled the sales transaction, which resulted in us purchasing the car from Suntrup as opposed to our previous Volvo dealership whom we had been doing business with since 1990. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Suntrup.

I must admit, we went to look at a Volvo half-heartily, but once we met with our salesperson, Wendy, we were convinced it was the car for us. She was very thorough and helpful! She went over all of the features of the car perfectly. And, once she told us about the overseas delivery program, we were sold! Between her and Skip (her manager), this car buying experience was the best ever! My husband and I have already decided our next car will be a Volvo purchased at Suntrup, with Wendy!

The sales people were very knowledgeable about the vehicle purchased. The sales people were quite helpful and they did not hold my trade-in car keys hostage. Wendy helped us with the setup of all of the vehicles features. She even helped me with the trunk cover installation!

My Review of Suntrup Volvo of O'Fallon:
We contacted dealerships in several surrounding states and they were by far the best priced, most cooperative and gave us the most for trading in our old Yukon. I had to ordered a new Volvo because they were unable to find a dealer trade for what I wanted in the color I wanted. Wendy kept me updated on the progress of my XC70 every step of the way AND it came in much earlier than was projected!

I recently had my car serviced for the first time at Suntrup Volvo of O'Fallon and I was very pleased. Jason did a great job and while I waited I was able to watch the Cardinal game in the showroom. The entire staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I just bought my 2nd S60 through this dealer.
Loved my 2007 soooooooooo much that I leased the new 2012.
Dennis & Skip helped me work through some not too pleasant surprises with my carfax report. Thank Goodness!!
I have had my previous car serviced here multiple times & always happy with their service.

My Review of Suntrup Volvo of O'Fallon:
I just purchased my second Volvo in 5 months from Volvo of O'Fallon. This is big news because I have owned more than a dozen brands in my life and I have never owned the same brand twice; now I do. The second time around was a 'no brainer'. I simply needed to put in a call to Wendy Brennan (great sales representative) and tell her what I needed (my current vehicle was out of service so I needed a car quickly). I found what I wanted on-line and a different dealer; there was no need to go there. Wendy took care of everything, FAST.

Folks, if you are looking for a premium product without the snob appeal of BMW & Merecedes....take a look at Volvo. If you would like a different purchase experience, visit Volvo of O'Fallon. Be sure and ask for Wendy. This store is actually different.

My Review of Suntrup Volvo of O'Fallon:
We have been taking our 2003 XC90 there for service since the location opened. At the beginning of 2011 we purchased a new XC60. We have had nothing but excellent customer service the entire time we have been going there for service and sales. From the sales staff to the service staff everyone there is great to work with. It is obvious they truly care about their customers and customer service is a top priority. I would highly recommend this dealership if you live in the area and are purchasing a Volvo.

My Review of Suntrup Volvo of O'Fallon:
We have purchased 7 Volvos from Skip & would never consider working with anyone else! We followed him to Suntrup O'Fallon & bought our newest C-30. After a service issue with Suntrup West County, we moved to Suntrup O'Fallon to service both cars. Both sales & service at Suntrup O'Fallon couldn't be better.

Anytime we call service, they are friendly, helpful & thorough--the estimates regarding repair time & costs is always accurate. If the repair is going to take several hours to complete, they work with us to schedule the service when a service car is available.

We could not be happier with Skip & the staff.
