My Review of Tyson Motor Corp:
I am 50 years old and this was the worst experience of my entire life.
On Monday April 24, 2004, I got a phone call from Aaron Lang that he had a great minivan for me.
I went over there and Aaron showed me 1999 Plymouth Voyager. He said that this van run great.
I took the van for a ride, and Aaron came with me. I wanted to ride the van in the tollway, but Aaron did not wanted, arguing that at this time the trafic is very buzy and we were going to be late.
We went back to Tyson dealer and so April 4,2007 at 6:30 PM I bought this van.
On Saturday April 29, 2007,at 10:30 AM this van died in the middle of the street. I had drove this van only 50 miles.
I towed the van to TYSON dealer and the embarrasment and nightmare starts.
I met Aaron and I told him the the van he sold me is dead. He said that he was with other costumers, but he will be with me shortly.
He came back after more than one hour later and told me that he sells cars but as soon as the new owner is out of the dealer's property he is in his own(the new owner)
He said that he is not going to help fix, trade, or give me any money.
That did not make any sense to me. I drove this van only 50 miles. I did nothing wrong to make this van died.
I requested to meet the sales manager. I met Jim (Sales manager). Than the nightmare got worst. He was very brutal and yelling to me telling me that he is not going to do anything and I have to remove my car from his property.
He called police to remove my van and lied to them, that he offered me to fix the van but I did not wanted. What a J...
What I am writing is a pure true. God knows that I am saying the truth.
You might ask the shop car repair next door (Mark auto repair) and they will tell you what happen.
Think twice if you want to buy a car at Tyson and do yourself a favor.
I am not writing this for me, but to help everybody else not to have the nightmare that I had.
