My Review of World Class Auto Superstore:
They really are rip off artists. They sold me a Camaro convertible and I bought the extended service contract. Said they would fix the breaks and the leaky soft-top. I was there when their mechanic was calling around checking prices for break pads. One set of pads were $20, and he said, "That's too high, what else you have?" They ended up putting $15 break pads on my car that didn't last long. What's worse is that they stuck a piece of WEATHERSTRIP on the outside of my convertible top, and called that a fix. They argued with me, yelling "What do you expect us to do???"

The final straw was when I called the service contract company and WCA had never sent them my $1180. When I involved the Motor Vehicle Licensing Commission in Frankfort and Mr. Dave Garnett threatened them with taking their license, they finally sent the money in. No apology, no explanation, nothing. They really intended to keep my money. I lost a month of my warranty because of their attempted scam.

Nothing but crooks.

My Review of World Class Auto Superstore:
First off I would like to say I get a chuckle when I hear their ad on the radio. It says everyone is treated like royalty and no vehicle is sold before a 100 some odd point inspection (HA HA HA HA). The vehicle we test drove and bought the ABS brake light was on and the ABS did not work, they said they would take care of that for us, and they finally did. I asked for the previous owner information, which is required by law, but was never given that information. They had to send my truck to Powers Transmissions to get the ABS fixed (I did not buy from Powers Transmissions) so why can't World Class Auto's technicians fix it. Within the first 2 days I had so much trouble dealing with the sales people that I wanted to take the vehicle back, but was told that I could not do that, but I found out later that by law I had 3 days to return it (was lied to). While we were negotiating with the sales person and manager we asked if we could take vehicle to our mechanic and they said that there was no use in it because World Class mechanics do a complete inspection on each vehicle before it is put on the lot to sale (lied again). Also asked for the extra set of keys for the truck and they told us they were locked up in the vault and they didn't have the key, but would get that for us the next day (lied to us again). Took the truck for the ABS repairs, plus speaker, plus tailgate straps and front end alignment (we didn't know about all of these problems until after driving it for a few days and our mechanic looking at it). After a lot of fussing and frustration (and Dale Ernhart emblem taken off tailgate - which was not replaced) they repaired the ABS and did front end alignment after me waiting from 1:00 p.m. till 7:30 p.m. in the parking lot while my truck was at Powers Transmission. The sales person and the manager I worked with would not even talk to me or acknowledge me the whole time I was there, because they knew that I was upset. FINALLY, after I realized Powers Transmission had closed and my truck was still there and I had no way of getting home. The Owner's brother finally asked me if he could help me (6 1/2 hrs after I got there). He said he had seen me standing there all day but thought that I worked there (which wouldn't he know who his employees are?). So I told him my very upsetting situation and he found me a car to drive for a couple of days until our truck was repaired. I told the brother that all that the sales people had to do was ask me what we could do to make this right. They did get some of the repairs done, but still did not give me my emblem back that I PUT ON THE TAILGATE OF MY TRUCK (or even offer to pay for a new one). We finally got away from the aggrevation and lies from them. About three months later we noticed a loud roaring sound coming from the rear axle of the truck. After mechanic inspection the pinion gear seal had been leaking for a long time and the rear end was out of grease, which in turn has damaged all bearings in the rear end. Now I have to replace the bearings at my cost because I know it will not do any good to go to them, but my thoughts on that are if they had done their inspection they would have known that the seal was leaking and that the gear box was low or empty on grease. I had asked the sales manager to see the inspection report when I took the truck in for repairs the first time and he said that he doesn't know where it is - but it may be in the back somewhere (made no effort to find). In the meantime I have successfully steered many people from this dealership and hope that someone else reads these reviews before going to World Class Auto Joke Store. Buyers beware and go elsewhere PLEASE.

My Review of World Class Auto Superstore:
I found a used 2005 Toyota Prius I liked. Test drove it and wanted to buy it but wanted to show it to my wife, who was out of town. The salesman, Jason, was extremely pushy and rude. He actually said, "Come on, man. Who wears the pants here?" His manager was just as pushy, if not more so. I ended up buying the car because they offered me 4 months deferred payments and zero down but I soon regretted it. The car is missing the driver's floor mat and the $240 spare key, both of which I was told at signing that they "probably had in the back". The car needed a tire repair the very next morning and the passenger door latch broke 10 days later. They told me the warranty would cost "a couple bucks a month" but it actually cost me over $1600 and does not cover everything in the brochure they gave me. They didn't file the paperwork for the warranty so I couldn't use it to fix the door (which wasn't covered anyway, I found out later). The didn't file the registration with Kentucky on time so my license plate only arrived on time because I badgered them about it every day. I over-paid by about $3000 but didn't realize it because of the creative financing and strange breakdown of the price. Stay away!!

My Review of World Class Auto Superstore:
I wish I would have known about this website before I ever purchased a vehicle at World Class. Like so many other people, I too have been jipped and sold a car with many mechanical problems that was touted as a car with none. We have now had the car 6 weeks and have just had to put $3000 into it to fix the transmission. I too was told that the listing price on the internet was a mistake. Do not support this dealer and their lack of integrity and honesty. I am working on a way to report all these problems to the BBB and perhaps state authorities.

My Review of World Class Auto Superstore:
Do not buy from this dealer! What a rip off - A nice front for what truly is just another sleazy dealership. I naively bought a vehicle for $2000 more than what they had it listed for on the web - They insisted that the listing was a mistake.
The oral agreement on pricing did not show up on paper - The price was higher, and they tack on many hidden fees.
My temporary tags expired while waiting on them to get the paperwork done for the permanent ones. Luckily, I didn't get a ticket in the meantime.

My Review of World Class Auto Superstore:
As previously mentioned by my fiance, the car has had NUMEROUS mechanical problems...although this is to be expected of a used car, I did a little research on carfax. No wrecks or anything of that sort but the last recorded mileage was 150,000 miles and my odometer reads 134,000 miles....I found that a bit peculiar. As soon as I replaced the bad tire, the one on the opposite side went bad that exact same day. There is a warped rim and in the same side a bearing is in need of replaceing. Steer clear. Also, the car looked as though it had been wrecked.

My Review of World Class Auto Superstore:
As previously mentioned by my fiance, there have been numerous mechanical problems. However, I decided, since the car looked to have been wrecked, I'd carfax it. It came back clear although the mileage report was at 150,000 miles ALTHOUGH the odometer reads 134,000 miles. Needless to say, I've filed a complaint to Kentucky Dept. of Motor Vehicles. Also...after replacing the tire with the broken belt, I had to replace the one on the opposite side for the same reason. The bearing is ALSO going out. Will the problems ever cease? Steer clear unless the car is a 2007 model...even then, the employees are terribly rude, except for the guy who does the paperword...realy nice.

My Review of World Class Auto Superstore:
I took my fiance up to there car lot to look at a car they had advertised online only to find out after we drove all that way, that they didnt have the car anymore. From this point the dealer continued to try and push cars off on us like a 90 probe which looked good until it started had lifters pecking bad. My fiance finally settled on a 1990 eagle talon which im still repairing to this day. List of all that is wrong with the car after purchase and getting it home:
1: Big hole in manifold that had been repaired with aluminum foil and hose clamps.
2: Car had no headliner
3. axle was shot on the passenger side.
4. after taking the wheel off to inspect the axel noticed the mount for the front end was unbolted from the car.
5. needed a new tie rod end
6. alternator belt was squealing.
7. car was spitting and sputtering bad. this got fixed.
8. plugs needed changed "thought to be culprit of horrid sputtering"
9. Changed fuel filter old one was full of rust. "this was the problem"
10. Belt in one of the tires was broke.
11. Transmission sometimes shifts hard.

Theres probably a cpl of more things i forgot to mention but all and all none of the cars i inspected at the lot had even been locked over. I know a thing or two about cars lol my dads a mechanic and he was there also looking these vehicles over with me. I would stay away from this lot. Forgot to mention on the other one the sales manager was a real asshole got real uptight with my fiance when she said her dad had been in the car saling business for 30+ years and that there dock fee was just jacked up so high to get more money tax+title+transfer on the vehicle they wanted over $300 which is bs when i got my s10 for $250. And my S10 cost me almost 5 times what the eagle cost her.
